022 Hellbound: Hellraiser II
As promised, The New Flesh returns to hell with the hastily-produced HELLBOUND: HELLRAISER II.
Before the main event, Brett reminisces on an incredible Black Sabbath show at Madison Square Garden, and Joe talks a lot about cat food.
After a brief digression on the Oscars, it's cenobite talkin' time, and be sure to stick around to the end for some wise words from Siskel & Ebert.
The New Flesh will be broadcasting a live commentary of HELLRAISER III: HELL ON EARTH next Sunday, March 13th. Stay tuned to @BrettRedacted on Twitter for details, and save the afternoon!

021 Hellraiser
The New Flesh sinks their hooks into another major franchise with the horror classic that launched a decade-spanning series, Clive Barker's 1987 debut HELLRAISER.
Before getting into all things Pinhead and Cenobites, Brett and Joe gush over James Franco and Hulu's adaptation of Stephen King's 11/22/63, and Brett obsesses over ROAD HOUSE, which he just saw for the first time.
This is the first of many HELLRAISER episodes, so hold on to your flesh, for we are now demons to some, and angels to others.

020 Cabin Fever (2002, 2016)
The New Flesh is back for another week, and of course they're talking about another fucking remake.
This time, Joe and Brett reflect on CABIN FEVER, Eli Roth's 2002 debut that jump-started his career, in honor of the Roth-produced, same script-using reboot that IFC just dumped onto VOD.
Both Brett and Joe have a soft spot for the original film, but one of them can't quite stomach it anymore. Guess who.
Prior to the main event, Brett & Joe speculate wildly on the OJ Simpson case, and it's all very exciting.

019 My Bloody Valentine (1981, 2009)
Brett & Joe are back with a special Valentine's Day edition of The New Flesh!
It's a holiday, and you bet your ass there's a horror movie that tenuously connects to it!
This week, Brett and Joe get into all things MY BLOODY VALENTINE — the 1981 classic and its 2009, 3D remake.
Before that, Joe affronts Brett with a lengthy, John Goodman related threat, and Brett gives a spoiler-free rundown of THE WITCH, which hits theaters this Friday.

Archive Re-Release: Southbound (On VOD Tuesday)
It's been a busy week, so Brett and Joe didn't have a chance to sit down and record a new episode. Yet.
The New Flesh will return before the weekend with a special Valentine's Day episode centered on the 80s classic MY BLOODY VALENTINE, and its 2009 3D remake.
Please enjoy this re-release of an episode from November centered around SOUTHBOUND, a new anthology horror film that will be available on VOD this Tuesday.
There are no heavy spoilers, but you should absolutely rent this movie before listening.

017 Dawn of the Dead (1978, 2004)
Brett and Joe finally sat down to rehash their infamous lost DAWN OF THE DEAD episode, and it turned out just about the same. Or did it? You'll never know!
Your esteemed hosts do their best to recreate the magic and touch on the same topics as they did the first time, including the new CLOVERFIELD trailer and David Bowie's THE HUNGER.
They keep things fresh by adding in some discussion on the most recent late-January horror dump THE BOY, as well as Sundance updates and CABIN FEVER news, before Joe leads a wonderful discussion of one of the best horror films of all time — DAWN OF THE DEAD.
Get your gonk on!
[Yes, this is, in fact, episode 17. We will return in proper numerical order next week. We didn't want to cheat ourselves.]

Live from a fleshly blizzo'd New York, The New Flesh returns!
After an accidental week-off, Brett and Joe are back to talk all things MARTYRS — both the original French film from 2008 as well as the brand spankin' new 2016 Americanized version.
Before getting there, Brett and Joe discuss two more recent genre flicks that are worth your time(INTRUDERS and THE VEIL), Joe gives some horror Sundance updates, and Brett unloads years worth of pent-up Kevin Smith aggression.

016 The Thing (1951, 1982, 2011)
As promised, this week Brett and Joe get into all things-THING.
Before getting to John Carpenter's 1982 masterpiece, Brett clues Joe in on Howard Hawks' THE THING FROM ANOTHER WORLD and then they compare both films to the 2011 prequel...or is it a remake?
Brett also explains why the wannabe J-horror January release THE FOREST isn't worth your time, and Joe probably yells about something.
