#85 Game Notes -002 | with Suzanne Tiranno | 7th-Year Official| Amherst, MA

In this edition of game notes, I got the opportunity to work with Suzanne Tiranno, an NCAA D2 official from Massachusetts with a boatload of potential and a hunger to improve. We spoke about the unpopular, late-game take foul with no play on the ball, which is usually by rule an intentional foul (F1.) We touched on our natural hesitancy to upgrade this foul and also talked about treating your primary like your backyard. Suzanne also elaborated on the benefits of the IPR service and why it provides more contextual information then a camp could based on the one on one value it provides. We hope you enjoy this episode and be sure to hit us up with any questions or feedback.

#81 Game Notes -005 | with Pedro Rodrigues Jr. | 8th-year official | Fitchburg, MA

In this Game Notes podcast, we had the pleasure to work with Pedro Rodrigues Jr, from Fitchburg, MA. Pedro just finished his 8th-season as an official and he is looking to hit the camp scene hard this summer and get picked up in a collegiate conference. One of our main points of emphasis was the idea of being able to “take a punch” and have the type of “tough chin” to not bite on incidental contact. Another topic we discussed was the fact that Pedro is utilizing the IPR service as a lead up and a great way to get ready for camp season. We hope you enjoy and hit us up with any questions or comments.
