Throughout his career he worked in nearly every department within the company, eventually becoming President/CEO. In 2005, Mr. Allen acquired Heritage Bag Company. He sold the company in 2017. The Allens purchased the Walker Cay island in 2018 a started the rebirth of the legendary fishing resort Walker Cay known by fishermen worldwide as the premier deep sea fishing location.
