Kristin Cavallari: Friendships, Spiritual Trips, & Dating Blips
Kristin Cavallari, Founder of Uncommon James, co-host of the Back to the Beach podcast, author, mama, and so much more, is back on the pod! Since she was last on the mic with Kaitlyn over a year ago, the two gals have become fast pals, and they recap their recent New Years’ shindigs and the behind the scenes of their friendship. They’re also both opening up about recent spiritual journeys and the actions they have taken to become the most enlightened versions of themselves, from therapy trips to psychedelic trips. KB and Kristin also talk headlines and open up about the good, the bad, and the ugly of being in the spotlight, from dating (yes, they go there) to revisiting their public pasts. Kristin shares what her kids think about her dating life, what we can expect in the next season of her pod with ex Stephen, and how her mindset on relationships has changed during her last few years of being single.

Amanda Hirsch (Not Skinny But Not Fat): Two Geminis Talk Hot Goss
Coming right off Not Skinny But Not Fat, Kaitlyn was honored to welcome this Vine-y for a Part 2 to talk all things celebrity gossip, reality TV, and anti-bucket-list goals. Amanda Hirsch may have started her brand as a small meme account (we’ll get into that) but it wasn’t long until she was literally eating salads with the Kardashians, and she fills Kaitlyn in on how she infiltrated this famous family by passing some cryptic tests. The two are also manifesting a four way interview with themselves and the power couple that is Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox, sharing their BHAGs (big, hairy, audacious goals), and giving their thoughts on Bachelor Nation. Plus, they’re getting into all the hot goss on Austin Butler, Miley Cyrus, and the one and only Pete Davidson who may just not be what he seems.

Tay & Taylor Lautner: Team Bachelor vs. Team Twilight
Newlyweds Tay and Taylor Lautner (AKA girl Tay and boy Taylor) join KB in Nashville to talk about everything from The Bachelor to mental health and Taylor shares maybe the best confession we’ve ever heard on the pod. They tell us the adorable story of how they met, the importance of 1111 and butterflies in their lives, and how their recent focus on mental health has transformed into a new podcast and more. As an OG Bachelor fan, boy Taylor is ready to tackle the bios for Zach Shallcross' season of The Bachelor! The Lautners make some predictions for this season, tell us their hypothetical limo entrances, and we find out why Taylor got a call from the producers a few years back. And to wrap it up, Tay gives us more insight into her nonprofit foundation, Lemons by Tay, that supports and encourages those struggling with their mental health. I think it's safe to say we are all officially #TeamJacob after talking to these two cuties. Make sure to check out their pod, The Squeeze, launching tomorrow, February 1st!

Grape Therapy: Vino Inner Child Therapy Retreat
While Kaitlyn is away doing her own inner child work, we thought why not bring some more resources to the Vinos? Two licensed therapists, Emmalee and Jennifer AKA the ShrinkChicks, are diving even deeper into the topics discussed in Tuesday’s inner child work episode. They’re answering all of your questions when it comes to embracing your inner child and entering your healing journey: Is this work going to change how I feel about my parents? How can we recognize and unlearn our childhood patterns? How can we alter the stories we tell ourselves? Plus, they share resources to get started on your healing journey whether you’re looking to enter traditional therapy or hoping to do this work on your own. They wrap by calling some therapy BS and practicing what they preach by embracing their inner children and delivering some quality therapist jokes.
Books Emmalee and Jennifer would recommend include:
Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay Gibson
Recovery of Your Inner Child by Lucia Cappacione
No Bad Parts by Richard Schwartz
Homecoming: Reclaiming and Healing Your Inner Child by John Bradshaw
It Didn’t Start With You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle by Mark Wolynn
Parent Yourself Again: Love Yourself the Way You Have Always Wanted to Be Loved (Self-Compassion) by Yong Kang Chan

The ShrinkChicks: Diving Into Inner Child Work
Before Kaitlyn departed for her week-long therapy retreat, she brought in two experts to help us learn more about inner child work. Emmalee and Jennifer, AKA the ShrinkChicks, join the pod to explain everything inner child: Who is our inner child? Does everyone need to do inner child work, or what are some signs we should? How can we raise our children without harming their inner child? And what can we do to work on our inner child outside of traditional therapy (there’s plenty!)? Em, Jen, and KB are very vulnerable in today’s episode as they use examples from their personal lives to dig deep into inner child wounds, anti-relational behaviors and cycles we fall into, and even share confessions from their childhood. Stay tuned for Thursday’s Grape Therapy where the ShrinkChicks return to answer all of YOUR questions about inner child work. In the meantime, be sure to check out their podcast to learn about inner child work and much more.

Kaitlyn’s BFF, the tater to her tot, and professional face poker (AKA injector) Kat Campbell is back on the podcast! KB and Kat recap their recent trip to the zoo with bb Chandler and talk about the joys (and potential pitfalls) of motherhood. Kelly Sullivan Walden: WTF Are Our Dreams Telling Us?
Dreams are absolutely fascinating … but also can be really frikkin’ confusing and strange. So, to get all the answers to her many questions, Kaitlyn invited dream expert, speaker, and author Kelly Sullivan Walden AKA Doctor Dream on the pod to hear directly from the source! Kaitlyn and Kelly are talking about all things dreams and dreaming: Does every dream mean something? How can we remember our dreams? What is going on with reoccurring dreams and can we put an end to them? And, what are precognitive dreams and how do we know if we’re experiencing them? Kaitlyn is diving into a reoccurring dream of her own and Kelly shares why Kaitlyn’s dreams might be indicating what’s next for her. Kelly also explains her OGLE method and how to apply it to your own life in real time. Grape Therapy: The Power of Breathwork with Morris Weintraub
Today’s episode is part of Kaitlyn’s (and hopefully all of the Vino’s) healing journey for the year ahead! Kaitlyn’s new friend Morris Weintraub, Breathing Coach & Breathwork Instructor, joins for a deep dive into all things breathing and breathwork, teaching us how we can work with our bodies to calm our minds and ultimately rise to a higher level of consciousness. Morris expands on his own healing journey, including how he found breathwork and how breathwork can be used to produce similar results as and prepare for plant medicine journeys. The two talk types of breathing modalities, explain how we can breathe to manage our anxiety, and get into the behind the scenes of how and why breathing techniques work for our bodies and minds. Plus, be sure to check out Morris’s free anxiety playbook series for the Vinos, which you can find on his website (MorrisWeintraub.com/OTV) as well as his upcoming event with James Nestor. And, check him out on Instagram @morris_weintraub. We’re calling 2023 the year of healing, and we’re just getting started.

The Home Edit: Clea & Joanna Spread BFF Energy
These two were long overdue to join the Vinos so today, KB, Clea, and Joanna are catching up on what has happened in the past 5 (!!) years since they were on the pod. It’s safe to say a lot has gone down in the past half-decade; Clea has overcome cancer, the two have found more success than ever, and both women still know how to share a cringeworthy confession. Clea and Joanna share their intentions going into 2023, reveal whose house they want to organize and the weirdest items they’ve had to organize in the past, and give a behind the scenes on Nashville’s most beautiful friendship. The three peas on the pod definitely have a lot of Best Friend Energy, which is perfect since that’s the name of Clea & Joanna’s new pod, where they will be hanging out on the mic just like they are today. Plus, they’re answering all of your questions and sharing what it’s like working with the one and only Reese Witherspoon who recently acquired their company.

Grape Therapy: Jason & Kaitlyn Talk Highs, Lows, and Everything in Between
It’s been a minute since we had the duo that is KB and JT on the pod, and today they’re sharing with the Vinos their highs, lows, and Buffalos (don’t worry, we’ll explain) from 2022 and their hopes for the year ahead. As usual, they’re not holding back as they talk about everything from misophonia support groups (IYKYK) and their latest content recommendations to struggles from 2022 and Kaitlyn’s upcoming application to be Megan Fox’s girlfriend/doppelganger. Plus, they’re both sharing the therapy techniques they’ve tried or are looking forward to exploring in order to continue to grow through 2023, from storyboarding to journaling to Kaitlyn’s upcoming retreat. This year may be off to a pretty weird start, but it’s only up from here.
