How does one fight the wars that are raging today around things like abortion or the homosexual agenda? Is just anyone suited for the fight? We must remember a few basic principles, not least of which is that we are fighting principalities and powers as we engage the battle with the culture. Kevin Swanson and Steve Vaughan discuss strategies for the fight, and review the life of Anita Bryant on this edition of the program.

Nothing encapsulates and exemplifies the spirit of the age like Joe Rogan. The modern youth are enraptured by diversions, a constant stream of the f-words, conspiracies, drugs, and UFO’s. In a word . . . unhinged. This is nihilistic, hard-edged, constantly-vacillating relativism on steroids. Sadly, the young people in the church have been affected by this spirit. The only possible solution is to be nailed down to the deck of God’s truth (God’s law-word) with 400 sixteen-penny nails. 

Taking a position on truth is pretty unpopular today, but there are still some who have the courage to do it in the public forum. Dr. James White is one of the nation's most active Christian apologists and debaters, having debated atheists, Muslims, etc. over the last twenty years. Here Kevin Swanson interacts with James on how to engage the battle in the dangerous war of ideas—with meekness and fear. 

The teenage phenomenon and peer culture has captured the modern world. The thing was born on October 12, 1944—now almost 80 years ago. Only the 98-year-old men and women would have been there to commemorate this revolution. For 5,944 years of world history, there was no peer orientation and peer pressure as what kids face today. Here, we bring a biblical comparison between fearing God (and honoring parents) and fearing peers. The destructive consequences of this social revolution are everywhere now. Rowlings of the world. The same sort of thing is happening now with the Western infatuation with pagan manga and anime. 

Somebody’s lying. The Federal Reserve and the Keynesian economists play the shell game with the people, and it is an outright violation of the 8th and 9th commandments. Though their speech is charming, do not believe them, for seven abominations fill their hearts. Here is one more attempt to uncover the most massive heist of all time—and it’s the widows and retirees that are hit the hardest. 

Hollywood and the big film industry lost another 3.9 percent year over year, down 47 percent over 2002. And the Golden Globes throws away its awards to two trash films that nobody watched. Hollywood is passing away with the lust thereof . . . the stars are tarnished. This is going down. Will Christians go down with it? 

The most urgent issue in the news must be the leading cause of death in the world—killing 175 million people a year, as compared with 8.2 million people who died of cancer, 5 million of cancer, 1.7 million of HIV/AIDS, and 1.35 million from traffic fatalities. Even Christians pass it off, and don’t pay much attention to it. But, God cares. 

The millennial generation’s regular church attendance rate is 18 percent, down from 55 percent with the Silent Generation. We caught up with Josh McDowell, the youth guru, and we're asking him the million-dollar questions. What will salvage the millennial generation? What's the message?
