A common struggle for coaches and organizations that utilize coaching is how much content should we bring to the coaching relationship.   In this episode, Brian and Chad discuss their own experiences with content, and their commitment to create more systems and frameworks as they coach in 2022.

Brian and Kevin Krosley talk about  process coaching and three improvement questions to ask: What are we trying to accomplish? How will we know that a change is an improvement? What are the changes we can make that will lead to improvement? After those questions have been answered it is key to find a structured way to test changes on a small scale before implementing them for the whole organization.
