337 Helping People Better Themselves with Paul Hall

Brian talks with Paul Hall about his journey with CAM.  Paul has always had a coaching mindset before he even knew what coaching was.  In his role as a manager, Paul found fulfillment from helping people better themselves. A few years ago, Paul attended a free webinar where Chad described coaching.  Paul knew he was all-in and signed up for the Executive Christian Coach (ECC) program.  Now Paul has earned his ECC and started his own coaching practice.
