Brian talks with Paul Hall about his journey with CAM.  Paul has always had a coaching mindset before he even knew what coaching was.  In his role as a manager, Paul found fulfillment from helping people better themselves. A few years ago, Paul attended a free webinar where Chad described coaching.  Paul knew he was all-in and signed up for the Executive Christian Coach (ECC) program.  Now Paul has earned his ECC and started his own coaching practice. 

Brian talks with David Cooke about why he sends his staff through Coach Approach training.  David explains how spiritual transformation happens when meaningful spiritual conversations take place.  Coach Approach training provides a skillset/mindset that is extraordinarily valuable in all kinds of contexts.  A Coach Approach is a good way to help people these days to grow spiritually through discipleship and evangelism by engaging in authentic conversations. Brian and Kyle Haack discuss how Kyle coaches pastors to make evangelism a top priority.  One thing that is typically guaranteed is that evangelism is not a top priority.  It's uncomfortable.  It's time consuming.  It requires new orbits in the pastor's life. Working as a coach with Wheaton Billy Graham School of Evangelism, Kyle has learned three key lessons in his coaching: Focus more on the person than the activity Nail down the commitment Bring more challenge When it comes to reordering a client's values, just telling them to do so doesn't change anything.  You have to help the client build and stoke their own fire.  This is helped along by one-on-one coaching.
