Rett’s resume is absolutely mind blowing, and among other things, now is working with the defending World Cup Champion Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team preparing them for Rio. In the 40 minute talk we go over his voyage from Richmond, VA to China, and working with the World Cup Championship Volleyball team. We then get into individual sports, and his time with China’s Diving team. Next he touches upon how early specialization is so important with the “big time” sports in China because of how technical these sports (table tennis, diving, gymnastics, etc.) are.
