After we discuss Craig’s athletic and educational resume we talk about what exactly DNA Fit is. Craig then offers his candid thoughts of how genetic profiling could affect other athletes, and how it could have effected his career as an athlete. We finish the discussion talking about simple factors that impact sprint performance for team sport athletes and how strong is strong enough.
