This is a debate. The second debate I've had on this channel. And the last one (about sugar and fat burners) got a great response so I figured I'd publish this one, as well.
Quick backstory.
A few weeks ago I was Tweeting about Menopause and how it affects fat loss. A very kind young woman from Australia, Eloise, Tweeted back saying she doesn't think men have the right to discuss something they've never had nor will ever go through.
I asked if she'd be willing to hop on the phone and chat about it with me and she graciously accepted.
