The decision to live life at a high level comes with a range of emotions. I can’t lie y’all… the past couple of days haven’t been kind to me, and I even felt guilt for this. As I stumbled across Wayne Dyer’s book, "Your Erroneous Zones: Step-by-Step Advice for Escaping the Trap of Negative Thinking and Taking Control of Your Life" and his concept of “The tyranny of the should”, all feelings of frustrations and overwhelm were lifted.
