Trevor Williams is the Associate Athletics Director for Strength & Conditioning at Sam Houston State University, where he oversees over 450 student-athletes who compete across 17 varsity sports. At SHSU, Williams directly oversees the training for the Bearkats Baseball, Men’s Basketball, Volleyball and Golf programs. Williams arrived at his current position after two stints as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Delaware. He has also spent time as an Assistant Strength at Georgetown University as well as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the Potomac School in Washington, DC, after first starting his career at his alma mater, the University of Delaware, as an Intern. #017 - Craig Miszewski
Craig Miszewski is a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Mental Performance Coach based in Sacramento, CA. A Strength Coach at Mini’s House of Pain in Sacramento, CA, Miszewski is also the creator of Aim Strong; a sports performance business providing strength and conditioning programming, mental skills training and positive coaching. Aim Strong’s purpose is to provide the opportunity to give athletes at all levels the tools they need to develop skills both on- and off-the-field. Prior to his current positions, he has spent time as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at both the University of California, Davis and the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) working with various teams, in addition to interning with multiple other programs across the country including Georgetown University, Central Connecticut State University and the University of Albany. #016 - Alex Carnall
Alex Carnall is an instructor in the School of Health Studies at the University of Memphis where he teaches several courses in the field of exercise science, in addition to supervising undergraduate interns and contributing to the efforts of the Human Performance Center. Prior to shifting his career focus to sports science and biomechanics, Carnall was the Assistant Director of strength & conditioning at Campbell University, as well as previously a volunteer at the University of Montana and Campbell University, a student assistant coach at Texas-Pan American and coach at Sport Specific Training Canada in Oakville, Ontario. Carnall is a former college baseball outfielder playing two years at Cisco College before transferring to finish his final two seasons at the University of Texas-Pan American. Nowadays he is an Olympic weightlifter, who has competed and medaled at the local, state and national level in the former 85kg weight class. Matt Cox is a Performance Coach at UC San Diego where he oversees the training for all the aquatic sports including the Men's and Women's Rowing, Swimming & Diving and Water Polo teams. Prior to his current position, Cox served as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Hawaii. He has also spent time as an Intern Coach at Fresno State University, Marshall University and UCLA.A former high school cross country runner and two-time state qualifier in wrestling, he continued his wrestling career at Fresno City College before transferring to Campbell University. Following college he began training in powerlifting before starting his career Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where he now competes professionally. #014 - Jack Rummells
Jack Rummells is a Sport Data Scientist from West Branch, Iowa. Recently finishing his PhD defense, Dr. Rummells is currently interviewing for sport data science positions around the US. Prior to his doctoral work, he has spent time as a Graduate Research Assistant working with the Virtual Soldier Research Program at the University of Iowa, as a Personal Trainer at the University of Iowa, Pro-Fit Gym, Got Strength Gym as well as the University of Northern Iowa’s strength & conditioning department assisting with UNI’s Football and Volleyball programs. In addition to Rummells work in the human performance field, he boasts an extensive athletic background in a diverse range of team and strength sports. He’s gone from a prolific college career as an offensive lineman at the University of Northern Iowa where he earned multiple awards including 1st Team FCS All-American honors and was being named team captain before earning a spot on the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015. Jack has spent time training and competing in strongman before shifting focus to competing for seven years in Olympic weightlifting, culminating with a personal best, and 10th place finish in the 105+ kg division at the American Open in 2015. Curtis Miller is the Director of Customer Engagement & Personal Training at Union Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA. Before moving to Pittsburgh in 2019, Curtis was born and raised on Maryland's eastern shore where he worked in the private sector as a Personal Trainer for 11 years. He is also a competitive powerlifter who has competed in 15 meets over the course of the last 7 years. Curtis' highest accomplishment in the sport came in his most recent meet when he totaled 2000 pounds in the 242 pound weight class.
