#043 - Kara Concheck

Kara Concheck is the Head Coach for the Women’s Lacrosse team at The Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior to her joining SCAD in the summer of 2021, Concheck was an assistant, interim head coach, and head coach at Fresno State University. She began her coaching career with the Major Force lacrosse Club in Columbus, Ohio before working as an assistant coach at Oberlin College and then the head coach at Saint Francis University. A former four-year lacrosse athlete at Fresno State University, Concheck completed her career with All-MPSF Academic and Athletic team honors. She was also awarded team Offensive Player of the Year in her senior season, finishing her career as the all-time leading scorer in school history. #042 - Dustin Dailey

Dustin Dailey is an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Georgetown University working with the football and men’s lacrosse programs. Prior to his arrival at the Hilltop in 2021 he was the head speed and strength coach at D1 Sports Training in his home state of Texas. Additionally, he’s spent time as an assistant coach at Saint Leo University, professional performance intern at the NSCA headquarters in Colorado Springs, CO and graduate assistant coach at Salisbury University. Dailey got his start as a personal trainer before completing internships at American University and his alma mater, the University of Maryland. Along with his current role, he is also a weightlifting coach programming and coaching both recreational and competitive weightlifters. A former quarterback and wide receiver at the University of Maryland, Dailey got into competitive weightlifting following his college football career. #041 - Kyle Lillie

Kyle Lillie is an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Sacramento State University working with the throwers. He began his coaching career at Division III Husson University in Bangor, ME in 2015 and soon after, Mesa Community College in Arizona before arriving at his current role at Sac State in 2018. A two-time junior college All-American, Lillie claimed the outdoor title and placed 2nd in indoors in shot put in 2012 before making his way to Arizona State University. At ASU he was an NCAA qualifier in the hammer throw placing as high as 5th at Pac-12 Outdoor Championships in 2015 and currently sitting 4th all-time at ASU with a 210’02” hammer throw. After college he looked to make the US Olympic trials for the 2016 Olympics but after falling just short began his career in Highland Games where he quickly went from amateur status in 2 ½ years to Professional in 2018 after capturing two Amateur World Championship Titles. Lillie continues to compete on the professional circuit in Highland Games all across the United States and World. #040 - Regan Quaal

Regan Quaal is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Minnesota where he assists with both the men’s and women’s hockey programs in addition to departmental research. Prior to his current role he’s spent time as a sports performance coach at the University of Providence and Georgetown University, a head strength coach at Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA as well as graduate assistant coach at Belmont University. Quaal started his career as an intern at Western Michigan University and local CrossFit gym as well as served as a sports science intern previously at Minnesota under Cal Dietz. During his collegiate coaching stints, Quaal has coached, programmed for and consulted with many other gyms and athletes including CrossFit Lake Effect, Big North Barbell, and CrossFit Sabertooth. He is the owner of MASQ Training, an online training program for gyms and individual strength athletes. Quaal himself is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys mountain biking and backpacking when he is not training in the weight room. #039 - Lorenzo Tomasiello

Lorenzo Tomasiello is a Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Maryland where he is responsible for all aspects of training for the Terps women’s soccer, gymnastics, and golf programs. #038 - Todd Hamer

Todd Hammer is the General Manager at Union Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA. Coach Hamer joined Union Fitness in 2019 with over 20 years of Division 1 strength and conditioning experience including Director of Strength and Conditioning roles at George Washington University and Robert Morris University. Additionally, he’s spent time as the Head Strength Coach at Marist College, Assistant Strength Coach at George Mason University and The Citadel, Graduate Assistant Coach at VCU and intern at Pitt. Coach Hamer has presented at over 50 professional clinics and seminars, has been an adjunct faculty member at three universities and has been published over 100 times where his articles are featured on EliteFTS, Muscle and Fitness, Men’s Fitness, as well as other publications. He was nominated as the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach of the year in 2018 and has been awarded the Presidential Award for Distinguished Achievement during his tenure at RMU. Hamer is a competitive powerlifter with over two decades of experience on both the national and international stage with personal bests of a 595 squat, 475 bench, and 560 deadlift in the 181 pound weight class. #037 - Abi Goldberg

Abigail Goldberg is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Temple University where she oversees training for the Owls Field Hockey, Track and Field, Women’s Cross Country and Spirit Squad teams. Prior to her current role she has also served as an assistant sports performance coach at Georgetown University and St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School in Washington, DC. Goldberg got her start in the profession after her undergrad interning at her alma mater, the University of Maryland, before joining the department as a part-time strength coach. Abi is very active in training outside of her college teams, competing in multiple strength sports. #036 - Tim Stone

Tim Stone is a Sports Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager at True Sports Physical Therapy in Maryland. Stone received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a special interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation where he finds himself emphasizing in his daily work. He’s spent time as a physical therapy student intern at multiple different clinics as well as been a personal trainer and intramural sports supervisor at his alma maters’ recreation & fitness center, University of Maryland, Baltimore. A standout lacrosse player in his own right, Stone was 4-year defensive midfielder at Salisbury University. A two-time National Champion and two-time team captain as well as NCAA Elite 89 recipient. #035 - Michael Silbernagel

Michael Silbernagel is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Mary. Coach Silbernagel overtook the Marauders Strength department in 2011 and currently oversees the training of all 17 varsity teams. Prior to his arrival at U. Mary, Coach Silbernagel spent time as an assistant coach at Colorado State University from 2005-2010 and started his career at the University of North Dakota as a graduate assistant coach. Coach Silbernagel is a Master Strength & Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association earning the highest honor in the profession in 2017. In addition to having had his research published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, Silbernagel is a sought after Coach who has presented at numerous state and regional clinics. On top of his this, he is also the NSCA State Director for North Dakota. An athlete in his own right, Silbernagel is a former collegiate football player at Valley City State University and a competitive powerlifter. #034 - Lucas White

Lucas White is the Assistant Director of Sports Performance for Football at Boise State University. Prior to his current position White has served as an assistant athletic performance coach at San Jose State University, a graduate assistant at Indiana State University and coaching assistant at New Mexico State University.
