#038 - Todd Hamer

Todd Hammer is the General Manager at Union Fitness in Pittsburgh, PA. Coach Hamer joined Union Fitness in 2019 with over 20 years of Division 1 strength and conditioning experience including Director of Strength and Conditioning roles at George Washington University and Robert Morris University. Additionally, he’s spent time as the Head Strength Coach at Marist College, Assistant Strength Coach at George Mason University and The Citadel, Graduate Assistant Coach at VCU and intern at Pitt. Coach Hamer has presented at over 50 professional clinics and seminars, has been an adjunct faculty member at three universities and has been published over 100 times where his articles are featured on EliteFTS, Muscle and Fitness, Men’s Fitness, as well as other publications. He was nominated as the NSCA Strength and Conditioning Coach of the year in 2018 and has been awarded the Presidential Award for Distinguished Achievement during his tenure at RMU. Hamer is a competitive powerlifter with over two decades of experience on both the national and international stage with personal bests of a 595 squat, 475 bench, and 560 deadlift in the 181 pound weight class. #037 - Abi Goldberg

Abigail Goldberg is an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Temple University where she oversees training for the Owls Field Hockey, Track and Field, Women’s Cross Country and Spirit Squad teams. Prior to her current role she has also served as an assistant sports performance coach at Georgetown University and St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Upper School in Washington, DC. Goldberg got her start in the profession after her undergrad interning at her alma mater, the University of Maryland, before joining the department as a part-time strength coach. Abi is very active in training outside of her college teams, competing in multiple strength sports. #036 - Tim Stone

Tim Stone is a Sports Physical Therapist and Clinic Manager at True Sports Physical Therapy in Maryland. Stone received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a special interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation where he finds himself emphasizing in his daily work. He’s spent time as a physical therapy student intern at multiple different clinics as well as been a personal trainer and intramural sports supervisor at his alma maters’ recreation & fitness center, University of Maryland, Baltimore. A standout lacrosse player in his own right, Stone was 4-year defensive midfielder at Salisbury University. A two-time National Champion and two-time team captain as well as NCAA Elite 89 recipient. #035 - Michael Silbernagel

Michael Silbernagel is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Mary. Coach Silbernagel overtook the Marauders Strength department in 2011 and currently oversees the training of all 17 varsity teams. Prior to his arrival at U. Mary, Coach Silbernagel spent time as an assistant coach at Colorado State University from 2005-2010 and started his career at the University of North Dakota as a graduate assistant coach. Coach Silbernagel is a Master Strength & Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association earning the highest honor in the profession in 2017. In addition to having had his research published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research, Silbernagel is a sought after Coach who has presented at numerous state and regional clinics. On top of his this, he is also the NSCA State Director for North Dakota. An athlete in his own right, Silbernagel is a former collegiate football player at Valley City State University and a competitive powerlifter. #034 - Lucas White

Lucas White is the Assistant Director of Sports Performance for Football at Boise State University. Prior to his current position White has served as an assistant athletic performance coach at San Jose State University, a graduate assistant at Indiana State University and coaching assistant at New Mexico State University. #033 - Adam Yetter

Adam Yetter is an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Boise State University where in his current role, he provides day-to-day healthcare for the men’s basketball program. Prior to joining the Broncos, Yetter spent two years at Fresno State University as an intern and a graduate assistant. While at Fresno State, he worked primarily with the women’s lacrosse program and assisted with football training camps. #032 - Antonio Squillante

Antonio Squillante is a PhD student at the University of Southern California in the Department of Biokinesiology and Physical Therapy. Working in the Clinical Exercise Research Center at USC his extended research focuses on weightlifting and eccentric training. In addition, Squillante is a faculty member at Setanta College teaching courses in the Master of Science program in Performance Coaching. He is also a published author for Ultimate Athlete Concepts with his book, “Power: The Training of Champions” and has written multiple articles on EliteFTS, Elite Track, and Breaking Muscle. Antonio continues to stay heavily involved in the academic side of strength & conditioning leading discussions within the growing NSCA Weightlifting SIG as their current Chair as well as teaching many CSCS prep courses in southern California. In addition to his academic work, Squillante is a coach who has experience with high school and collegiate athletes in both the U.S. and Canada. In 2016 Squillante had the privilege of coaching at the USA Track and Field Olympic Trails in Eugene, Oregon. He also not only coaches multiple athletes in both powerlifting and weightlifting, but he is also a competitive athlete in his own right. A former high school shot putter, he took a run at going professional in American football playing in Italy before moving to the States. #031 - Chris McQuilkin

Chris McQuilkin is the Director of Training and Education for Power Athlete, a worldwide strength and conditioning organization focused on empowering performance. Chris has led over 100 clinics across 16 countries spanning 6 continents introducing the Power Athlete Methodology to athletes, sports medicine professionals, performance and sport coaches. He has coached and implemented programs for tactical athletes including Naval Special Warfare and US Army XVIII Airborne Corps. Additionally he has coached collegiately at Georgetown University, Marymount University, as well as interned with the University of Texas’ football program. #030 - David Manning

David Manning is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Loyola University Men’s Lacrosse team as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist at Training House gym in Baltimore, MD. In addition to his coaching roles, Manning is the founder and owner of Pure Performance Lab. Originally looking to pursue a career in the medical field, Manning shifted gears and kept involved in his other passion, lacrosse, coaching for multiple programs at different capacities including at Cambridge High School, Bridgewater College, Viewpoint High School, and for the Santa Monica Dragons. While coaching lacrosse, he took up an interest in the strength and conditioning side of the game; where he finds himself presently. Manning’s coaching career is well suited for him after a highly successful collegiate career playing as a close defenseman on the Loyola University men’s lacrosse team, where he as a freshman won the 2012 Division 1 National Championship and was a team captain his senior season for a return run in the final four. Following his collegiate career, Manning was Drafted 43rd overall to the New York Lizards and has been a part of the Charlotte Hounds (2017-2018), Atlanta Blaze (2019) and the Philadelphia Barrage (2020) of Major League Lacrosse. #029 - Arianna Luther

Arianna Luther is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Miami where she leads training for the Hurricanes women’s soccer, swimming and diving, and rowing programs. Luther had previous stops as an assistant coach at the University of Nevada and a graduate assistant coach at TCU. She has also completed internships with Temple University, the University of Central Florida, Montana State University, EXOS, and Lindenwood University’s strength and conditioning departments. A former athlete on both the gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting team at Lindenwood University, Luther continues to stay heavily involved in lifting even after suffering substantial shoulder injuries.
