Today’s guest has a degree in nutrition with a masters in obesity science. She has been working away from the conventional nutrition she was taught for around 7 years and came to an alternative approach to health via a low carb methodology and now also integrates Paleo principles into her practices. Emily is currently considering returning to study to complete a PhD in ketogenics and cancer recently embarking on a trip around the world meeting various people in this field. Emily’s trip started three months ago in South Africa where she attended the first international low carb symposium.
