Julie Muir, is an Irish Celebrant based in Newcastle, Australia which means she has a beautiful Irish accent and a knack for storytelling. She is a heart-led creative who enjoys writing beautiful ceremonies infused with a bit of humour. As a celebrant, her goal is always to tell meaningful, emotional stories that resonate and delight. She enjoys getting to know her clients so that their ceremony is a true reflection of who they are as people. She asks the right questions in the right way, really listening, and often reading between the lines. Julie prefers engaging in deep discussions rather than engaging in small talk. As you’ve probably figured out Julie Muir is an introvert who has successfully overcome her fear of not being extroverted or funny enough. She embraced her introverted nature and accepted who she truly was. And, not surprisingly, it made running her business a whole lot easier. She came to recognise the power of playing to her own strengths, rather than constantly comparing herself to others.  She has demonstrated that success in the wedding industry is not limited to outgoing personalities alone. Now, driven by a passion to help other introverted business owners thrive in the wedding industry, she seeks to share her experiences and insights. As a celebrant mentor, Julie Muir helps up and coming celebrants build sustainable business that don't burn them out. This is where Conference + Chill: The Virtual Photo Gathering was born. It was one of the first of its kind! C+C was a live, virtual conference that began with a 4-day, virtual event in July of 2020 and ran for two years, providing positive energy and epic education that was accessible to everyone!Since then, Pepper has developed educational marketing courses through Pepper U. This do-it-yourself option for business owners allows entrepreneurs to learn at their own pace and acquire marketing tactics relevant to their businesses. But they didn't stop there! Pepper has also created individual courses tailored to address some of the most common questions we've received. These courses encompass education on Google Business Profile and Google Analytics. Moira La Plante is a Colorado-based photographer who has been shooting weddings with her husband, Jesse, since 2008. After graduating from Georgetown University with a business degree, Moira honed her problem-solving skills by working in many different arenas - from academia to atmospheric science research to entrepreneurship - before migrating to the wedding industry.Last year, Moira was named one of the “25 Best Wedding Photographers in the World” by Fearless Photographers and (along with Jesse) “Photographer of the Year” by This is Reportage. She is an ambassador for MagMod, Geekoto, Cheetah Stand and DreambooksPro.

Justin is a professional wedding photographer based out of Connecticut. With 13 years and over 500 weddings under his belt, he’s seen a bit of everything. Constantly bogged down with postproduction workflows, he met Harshit Dwivedi, and took a concept that was just an idea, to the forefront of the photography industry. Aftershoot was born, a company devoted to photographers and affordable solutions to speed up postproduction workflows. Still photographing weddings on the weekends, but now turned to easing photographers’ pains post photographing a session.
