The office, the traditional place where we go to work, has been put in question in the last months. Will offices cease to exist? Will everyone work remote? Or, how can we build the right office for our employees? These questions are very relevant, especially now that offices are reopening. Hannah Nardini is a Workplace Consultant who works with blue chip companies globally helping them design the workplace of the future. We had the pleasure to have her on board with us to better understand what the workplace of the future will look like.

When we think of an ideal company culture is one where we can bring our own full selves, be empathetic and enjoy working with others. Ironically, that goes against the common idea that we have of leaders, who are meant to be firm, tough and untouchable. How can we reach a commonality between these?
