Join Rose Manley and Denny Gray as they unpick a drama filled Stage 5 at the Tour de France Femmes. We find out what happened out on the road after the yellow jersey changed hands during a stage that had been originally classified as ‘flat’ and ponder on what this huge upset in the standings might mean for the final GC.  Plus we hear from the Swinkels sisters - Karlijn and Sylvie - who are racing together, or rather against each other at the Tour de France Femmes for the first time. And even two closed fromageries can’t stop Denny on his quest to find more cheese at the race.

Join Rose Manley and Denny Gray as their European road-trip aka the Tour de France Femmes continues into Belgium.  In typical Belgian style stage 4 offered punchy hills, aggressive racing and pouring rain on a parcours that combined climbs from two Ardennes Classics - the Amstel Gold Race and Liege-Bastogne-Liege. With plenty of Classics specialists among the GC contenders the stage certainly offered much to talk about. Plus, Denny’s adventures in fromage continued and so did the ongoing all-important debate over whether Belgium should be classed as a “cheese country”.

Join Rose Manley and Denny Gray at the conclusion of a rare double stage at the Tour de France Femmes which included a ferocious sprint and a vital individual time trial. We speak to riders about how they dealt with the double stage - a feature which hasn’t occurred at the Tour de France since 1991. We also hear from the likes of Anna van der Breggen and Kasia Niewiadoma about the stage 3 time trial which might prove vital in the GC battle.
