In this episode, learn how you can land more syndication deals with just networking! Loren started in real estate in May of 2021 with $7000 and a dream to buy his first property by the end of 2021. Through a mixture of creative financing focus and pure dumb luck he was not only able to accomplish this closing on a triplex in Nov of 2021 but going on to purchase another 26 properties by the end of Nov 2022. He is a firm believer that there is no limit to your potential and the only thing between you and your dreams is yourself. When not doing real estate Loren spends time with his wife and four kids and loves to hike and spend time outside. Jarod Alexander is 33 from Fayetteville, NC who works Full-Time as a flooring sales consultant. He is happily married with 2 amazingkids.
