Meghan Hunter - Living a Work Optional Life
Ever wondered how to travel without breaking the bank? In this week's episode Meghan Hunter talks about how she does it!
Meghan is passionate about travel and credit card rewards, real estate investing, and financial independence.
Her life adventures have included circumnavigating Cuba by bike, diving with hammerheads in the Galapagos, and winning tickets to London off of Facebook (yes, really!) where she was able to attend a match at Center Court in Wimbledon. Many, many of these trips were made possible by finding great deals and using credit card rewards.
Her deal-finding abilities have also served her well in her real estate and investing endeavors. She's house hacked, done a live-in flip, built a home for herself, and even developed a small subdivision. Her current portfolio consists of both long-term and short-term rentals in three different markets.
When she's not writing or editing pieces about personal finance and travel rewards, you can find her planning her next trip, looking for her next investment, or reviewing her retirement goals. She's just recently become work optional and decided to move with her daughter to Portugal to experience the European way of life.
