Annalise Hume, a spiritual director and founder of Embodied Faith, shares her unique approach to encountering the Holy Spirit through somatic practices and dance movement therapy. She discusses the essence of spiritual direction, emphasizing the importance of silence and embodied listening. Listeners learn practical ways to discern the Spirit in their lives, moving beyond traditional prayer checklists. Annalise also offers tips for finding a spiritual director, encouraging exploration and deep connection with spiritual practices.

What do we mean when we say we "follow Jesus" in church?  How do we follow Jesus in our lives? Today we are joined by with the Rev. Joseph Yoo who helps us answer these questions!

Many of us have been hurt by the institutional church and are left wondering what is the value of being part of a church.  Can't we just worship God on our own?  To help us answer this question we are joined by the Rev. Noah Evans to talk about how God works in and through the body of Christ, the Church.
