The New Rules of Money (Crash Coming)

There’s no denying it, a crash is coming. Listen in to this episode with Rob to learn how to plan and prepare for the worst and help you not just survive, but thrive in the upcoming correction recession. KEY TAKEAWAYS Cash is now trash, or at least up for recycling! Your cash has gone down at least 20-25% in terms of spending power. People Evangelise Bitcoin because it can’t be manipulated in the same way as the monetary system we are currently in. You can’t save your way out of this crisis, you have to invest and earn your way out of it. Cash is no longer king, income is. Use your cash for assets that can generate you income. Money has to move, like energy, this is why we are seeing it move from traditional industries such as retail into spaces like content creation. Figure out where money is flowing to, where it’s headed, and go there. It’s vital that you work towards the goal of creating recurring income at the very least but ideally work towards passive income being your end goal. Monetise your information. It’s simple to create digital assets based on information and it translates perfectly into recurring and passive income. Join rob.team to find out how. BEST MOMENTS “Your relative spending power is probably down 20-25%” “Learn, earn, invest” “Money needs to be given energy to flow because that’s what it is, energy” “We love information because it solves problems and it’s quick and it’s easy”   VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Martyn Ford: The Scariest Man on the Planet!

Misunderstood, scary and tattooed are all words associated with the powerhouse Martyn Ford. He is known as a fitness guru, social media star, bodybuilder, fighter and actor too but who is the real Martyn Ford and what is he about? Join Rob in this episode as he tries to find out about the man behind the words and rumours, including what is behind Martyn’s success in life, the power of mindset and even his battle with an eating disorder. They also discuss Martyn’s confrontation with the Iranian Hulk, the obesity crisis in the UK and his thoughts on steroids and supplements.   KEY TAKEAWAYS Martyn would rather fight in the professional world for credibility than for money. He isn’t interested in celeb fights. The heaviest Martyn has been 27 stone, but he still wouldn’t class himself as a bodybuilder, he just likes to lift weights! The mindset of a professional sportsman according to Martyn is the refusal to lose, the ability to switch off the outside world and to be consistent. The world of training has changed an incredible amount over the years. Martyn attributes this to the misconceptions around health and fitness mostly driven by social media. Young people need to be taught the balance and structure needed in life, the damage social media is creating for young people is extremely worrying. There is a lot of responsibility in the hands of parents who aren’t always making the right choices for their kids. The problem with free speech is that you open yourself up to people who don’t actually know what they are talking about, who are ignorant and also at times, dangerous. We often need to go backwards to go forwards and this is what Martyn believes is the answer to the bad habits, obesity and the health crisis seen in the Western world. The cancellation of the fight between Martyn and the Iranian Hulk was accumulation of many things, including rape threats made about Martyn’s family, the realisation that the Iranian Hulk was struggling mentally as well as countless breaks in the contract. Martyn lost 7 figures from cancelling the fight with the Iranian Hulk, but it wasn’t worth it for him. At the very least it wouldn’t have been a fair fight and anything negative that would have happened afterwards Martyn would have felt responsible for. Being progressive is the best way to help with depression. Think about what you it will take to change the things you are depressed about and start doing them.   BEST MOMENTS “The problem with me is my personality is very addictive, so I have to be careful with what I do” “Win, lose, or draw I want people to say fair play at the end of it” “My ability to not give up is probably what makes me so strong when it comes to sports” “Life has been so judgemental of the outside that people have forgotten the internal” “For me it wasn’t worth the gamble, for him to take his own life” “How can you use tomorrow to make the next day better?” “My morals might be too high to make the most money”   VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. No One Cares How Hard You Work

No one actually cares about how hard you work, this isn’t what your pay is based on, all they care about is simply the end result. Listen in to understand what three top line ways you can work, to make big and real money. KEY TAKEAWAYS  If your pay was based on your hard work, then you would be paid to according to how hard you work. This isn’t true, demonstrated by how little labourers are paid. You are paid for production, value and service. People care about what they get, not what you do. You want to find the fair exchange sweet spot. Where your client gets value and you make profit. When you work hard on the low value tasks, you actively procrastinate on doing the meaningful tasks. You need to focus on the meaningful not the menial. Service is how you make your customer and clients feel. You can overdeliver on service when you can’t compete as well on value and production.  BEST MOMENTS “What you’re gonna get here is overarching, overriding principles”  “I’m not saying it’s fair. You don’t get what’s fair, you get paid for what you negotiate” “I like to hire lazy people because lazy people find the easiest and quickest way to do something” VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Lizzie Cundy: The Most Connected Women in Show Business

Rob is joined in this episode by the original WAG, Lizzie Cundy! They talk all about media, networking and the highs and lows of being in the public eye. Lizzie also delves deep into her thoughts on the ‘Wagatha Christie’ debacle, the Depp –vs- Heard case and why she thinks the Harry and Megan interview was disrespectful and wrong. KEY TAKEAWAYS Being a WAG was aspirational and attainable, this is why WAG’s sold papers. They became stars in their own right and people wanted to know all about their lives. Lizzie believes the change she has seen in the past 30 years in media has been largely a positive thing by allowing more opportunities for more people. However, Lizzie is very against the current ‘woke’ culture and what she calls the fun police. Lizzie believes in freedom of speech and doesn’t think this should be restricted just because some people may take offence. You still need an agent in the world of media. To protect yourself and to stop yourself being used. Lizzie found offering people help and becoming a known face is what helped her build her network, mostly because it aided her in building trust with people. If you aren’t naturally outgoing, you can still be very connected but you must take your chances and push yourself out of your comfort zone.  Always ask the question you shouldn’t ask. This is what people want to know and get out of listening to interviews. The press aren’t ‘scum’ in Lizzie’s eyes. The majority are just trying to earn a living, it’s simply a job for them. Celebrities need the press as much as the press need celebrities. There’s always a way to make what you want to happen, happen. This is one of Lizzies’s mantra’s and why she is so well connected in the world. Lizzie’s mechanism for dealing with criticism and hate is her sense of humour. She knows she is a good person and has good self-esteem so this alongside enjoying life helps her stay strong against any adversity. For aspiring female entrepreneurs, Lizzie’s advice is to believe in yourself and to show no fear, you are as good if not better than everyone else.   BEST MOMENTS “I think in this, businesses you can be too sensitive” “I think probably I’m a bit of a laugh, I don’t take it too seriously” “Talk to them, so what if their security says no, take your time. You have one chance” “Be more bold in the interviews” “Just because you’re offended that doesn’t make you right”   VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Why Working From Home is Career Suicide

Work from home is career suicide! Rob knows this isn’t a popular opinion, but felt it was about time he was honest about his thoughts and opinions around working from home. Join him in this episode to learn about the real cost to working from home and why everyone needs to wake up in the UK and get back to the office! KEY TAKEAWAYS Working from home was a good solution for lockdowns because otherwise there wouldn’t have been people working. But we are getting back to ‘normal’ now and we need to be as productive as possible to help the economy recover. At the moment, it’s an employee/candidate job market. Which means they can be a bit choosier and take more from employers. However, this will all change in the next two years when the market switches back. Individuals learn more by seeing. You learn the best and the quickest through osmosis. Being in the office allows you to be inspired by those around you. Both in terms of ideas but also in terms of your career path. You miss all of this at home. There is high demand for those people in relevant roles who are good at working from home. But this only applies to a narrow amount of people. If this is you then you need to ensure you prove to your employer that you are working at full capacity, that you are one of the 'good ones'. There is an exception to all of this. If you want to be an entrepreneur, then you need to learn how to work well from home. But, you earn this right as an entrepreneur once you learn how to motivate, schedule and push yourself.   BEST MOMENTS “There’s this pandemic of laziness and entitlement" “The only way you get out of this alive is work more, hustle more, create more and serve more" “How will you spot the next career move from home? You won’t!” VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. Matt Le Tissier: Premier League Great to Freedom of Speech Pioneer

Rob is in good company in this episode where he and ex-premier league footballer Matt talk openly and honestly about some very controversial topics. They talk about what was behind Matt losing his job at Sky, Covid, why free speech is in danger from cancel culture and corruption as well as Matt’s career and how the world of football has changed. KEY TAKEAWAYS Matt worked with Sky for 15 years after retiring from football. He was ‘let go’ and wasn’t given a definitive reason but he believes it was due to the controversial opinions he sometimes expressed. One of these controversial opinions was when Matt refused to wear a BLM badge on air. The reason Matt was against wearing a BLM badge is because he didn’t agree with de-funding the police and the suspicions around where and how donations were being spent. He told the producers he would have supported any other anti racist charity, just not this one. Rob and Matt agree that since 2020, the world has become a very scary place; mostly due to the restrictions on free speech. Contrasted to the beginning of his media career, Matt is saddened by how careful you have to be about what you say now. Matt wouldn’t change anything he has done or said in the past. He is glad he has spoken out each and every time. He has found since being fired by Sky he feels ‘free’, to do and say as he wants. The people who made the lockdown rules, the government, didn’t follow them. If you still trust in them and listen to them than Matt thinks you need to think again. You have to start resisting, not playing ball and when the next votes come along voting for a party that isn’t the main two. The news of Elon Musk buying twitter has divided Rob and Matt somewhat. Rob finds the concept exciting but Matt is wary of the current censorship and doesn’t believes this will truly change under Elon. The lack of accountability that the journalists have had the past couple of years’ shocks Matt. They haven’t held the people in power to account, the media and the government together have been complicit in what has happened in the past two years. The media should be on the side of the people in a free society. Propaganda is rife in the western world right now. Here in the UK with Covid, statistics and experts were used to lie to people. Rules were made to coerce people into certain behaviour and each day more and more information comes out about how the public were lied to. A lot has changed in football since Matt retired. He believes that players should be able to play with a sense of enjoyment and at the end of the day it is just a game, not life and death. It should be about entertainment and joy not stress and fame. The internet has changed the way footballers live their lives. Like many celebrities and anyone in the public eye, they are constantly watched and judged for everything to do and their lives are on show 24/7. This adds a tremendous amount of stress and pressure to be on their best behaviour constantly.   BEST MOMENTS “These days it appears spreading facts gets you into trouble” “I find it incredibly scary and I don’t want to end up living in a world that is what I perceive to be a communist regime which is why I speak out” “We’re at a crossroads right now, we are very close we have to decide which way we want to go down as a society” “The only way you could really make a difference is to turn their votes away from the two main parties” “You have to keep shining a light on the truth because lies can only hide for so long” “The world has got to chill out a bit, have a laugh, stop getting offended by stupid sh*t”   VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. The Great Reset (Conspiracy or Reality?)

The great reset, is this theory or reality? Join Rob in this provocative and interesting episode where he discusses this question, the opportunities that can be found as well as what you can do to prepare to the changes that might be coming! Rob.team KEY TAKEAWAYS The concept of ‘the great reset’ was formed from the World Economic Forum 2 years ago in Davos 2020. These proposals were then coined into the ‘The Great Reset’. Regardless of whether the concept is a vague idea of the world changing or it’s more planned and structured than that, you need to be ready for not just the money revolution but the potential governmental and cultural changes too. You need to be de-centralised as possible, meaning you aren’t influenced by big banks, media etc. This means you have more control over all aspects of your life. Having cash is dangerous right now. You are losing more than 10% of your cash through inflation, then you have the impact of quantitative easing on top. You need to put your cash into assets, assets that can then create an income for you. The best way to learn more about how to protect yourself from these changes is to join rob.team! Rob will teach you how to become an entrepreneur, a creator and much, much more!  BEST MOMENTS “Many people don’t believe it’s a conspiracy they believe it’s a reality” “The pandemic creates a rare but narrow window to reflect, reimagine and reset our world” “Your spending power is the lowest it’s been since the second world war” VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator. John Caudwell: Billionaire Phones 4u Founder on How to Go From Zero to £Billions£

John Caudwell is a British billionaire businessman who founded Phones4u. In this episode, Rob and John delve deep into the worlds inequality, what are the causes and what we can do about it as a society. They also talk about the impact of Covid both economically and societally as well as the inevitable environmental disaster approaching us. KEY TAKEAWAYS There has always been inequality in the world but John believes all wealthy people should be part of the solution to inequality. Unfortunately, not everyone sees things this way so they can’t be relied on to be the solution. The internet has accelerated inequality because you can take and idea and make it worldwide. There’s no restriction or barriers to growth. Compared to 30 years ago, customers have incredible value with phones now. Their isn’t the opportunities business wise now that there was, it’s not a business John would get involved in today. Corporation taxes and wealth taxes can work to help society if used properly. But you need to ensure you don’t push rich people too hard or treat them badly, it needs to be fair for everyone. If a single world tax could be agreed, a much fairer world would be created for all. What John struggles with the most is the big corporations that pay virtually no tax yet make billions a year. John believes there was a very different way to handle Covid, society has been damaged irreversibly both economically and societally. It wasn’t an easy challenge for the government but he believes his ideas would have protected the vulnerable more whilst allowing society to continue. John is very active in charity work. He doesn’t ever need inspiration to get involved in anything, it’s just who he is, he naturally likes helping people and gives him pride in himself. BEST MOMENTS “The inequality between the rich and poor is just growing and it’s not healthy for society” ‘The internet has created opportunities beyond anyone’s wildest dreams” “I’m not going to stay and be despised and robbed off all my money at the same time” “Society won’t join forces and join together for the common good…they value a starbucks coffee more than they value a fair society” VALUABLE RESOURCES https://robmoore.com/ bit.ly/Robsupporter   https://robmoore.com/podbooks  rob.team  ABOUT THE HOST Rob Moore is an author of 9 business books, 5 UK bestsellers, holds 3 world records for public speaking, entrepreneur, property investor, and property educator.
