Nigel set Fusion Residential up in 2006 with business partner Warren Rosenberg, where they sourced land and build remarkable homes. In 2012 they formed Fusion Students where you guess it they focus on developing and managing UK student accommodation in the UK. They have developed over 5000 PBSA beds, with a pipeline of over 9000 beds underway, and this is where Nigel now devotes most of his time. In addition to his work at Fusion Nigel advises some younger companies in the property world and is a trustee of several charities.
