Dr. Jon Baker: Making a Bigger Impact [Podcast]
In this fun podcast episode, we get to know Dr. Jon Baker, who practiced for 30 years in California, opening nine satellite clinics in the early 90s and helping several DCs and their families impact many lives. Dr. Baker has been a supporter of Sherman College, Life West, and Mile High for the last several years, as he sees that we need to focus our attention and energy and helping True Chiropractic thrive. Join us at Mile High commit early and save at www.milehighchiroregistrations.com One of the things that I appreciate about him is he believes we can truly make a difference as humans and chiropractors by being great examples of people who always and in all ways lead by example and follow by choice. He wants to see chiropractic delivered in such a way that people understand it so it can positively change the world in many ways. His message is to the profession to stop just being different and truly make a difference. A few things that are central to Dr. Baker's values, that are important for doctors of chiropractic and students to move towards in terms of success is that he determined early, when he looked around the profession, there wasn't as much happiness, health, passive income, net worth, and light at the end of the tunnel, as he wanted to see. Too often, chiropractors were working where they didn't have any freedom, they couldn't take vacation time, they couldn't be out of the office and they basically didn't have a business, they were self-employed people with jobs that were tied to their practice. We all love serving and seeing people's lives change through chiropractic, however when you're delivering the greatest healing art on the planet, it would be great to see you thriving as well as the people you're taking care of. As we discussed in this interview, to move your chiropractic practice to a business, his vision is you have to be able to leave the practice for six months, and it still run without you. A significant contributor to numerous charities, within and outside of chiropractic, Dr. Baker is making an impact on the better in the world, and when you hear about his project he's working on with X Ray corrective changes, you're going to find it very exciting. Have fun enjoying this interview, if you enjoy it please share it as well as give feedback online. He was awarded the Sherman College Chiropractor of the Year for 2016, due to his incredible relentless efforts to bring pure chiropractic message to the world. One of the highlights that I learned from this episode was that schools have streamed IFCO-TV and even canceled classes so people could watch and learn from it.

Dr. Frank Hahn: The Man Behind IFCO-TV [Podcast]
Dr. Hahn's ultimate goal is to change the health care in America by putting chiropractic in the forefront of families' thoughts by correcting their spinal subluxations. He says his vision is for "every man, woman and child on the planet to become educated about the benefits of chiropractic". Dr. Hahn created and appears regularly on IFCO-TV, an online television show he created for the International Federation of Chiropractors and Organizations (IFCO). He is active with the IFCO, and he is a board member of the Garden State Chiropractic Society. He has written a book, 47 Reasons to Visit Your Chiropractor, available on Amazon. In a vision of reaching more people with the IFCO's message, He had the idea of utilizing video over the Internet to create a way to connect more people with the values of the IFCO. Since then, IFCO-TV has exploded in popularity. And people from around the world tune in to IFCO-TV. They stream interviews from chiropractic events around the world, and also now live stream portions of some videos of some speakers from events. Dr. Hahn works countless hours on this streaming from events, such as our own Mile High Weekend, as well as New Beginnings, Focus, the IFCO Summit, and so many more. They are constantly being asked to attend programs, so they can have IFCO-TV. His vision is creating quality content that people want to see, and that will help spread chiropractic. It is indeed evident that watching this podcast would help you expand your vision and desire to have greater grasp of the chiropractic message. Enjoy!

Joe Fiorino: The Chiropractic Kid Vision [PODCAST]
My new friend, Joseph Fiorino, is a true servant to the chiropractic principal. In the first few minutes of talking to him before recording this podcast, I learned that he gets up at 3:00 am every morning to be able to run his practice and also his family and the vision of Chirocept. Joe is a second generation chiropractor who lives by the phrase "you can see much farther standing on the shoulders of giants." His father practiced and continues to practice for 52 years as a chiropractor and is certainly part of what has fueled Joe's vision. In this podcast, we discussed the importance of chiropractic for children and great strategies and communication to help more chiropractors take care of more kids in their practices. Children are the future as it's been said many times, of course, and we need to have more kids grow up with a chiropractic lifestyle. Another area that we discussed is chiropractic world dominance and stopping the negative mindset for the next generation of chiropractors. Keeping positivity in your practice is vital if we are going to expand our reach in the profession. I know after you listen to Joe Fiorino, you will grow to love him as I have. One of the great points that we discuss is being faithful to do what you are called to do regardless of how big or small you perceive it to be, and how great or small a reward for thinking you will receive, or how difficult you believe it will be. We all can collectively move chiropracTIC forward if we all take action.

Dr. Stephanie Harris is a local chiropractor and a mom as well as a raving fan of Mile High. She had attended the last three years and she states that being part of Mile High has helped her grow as a practitioner and in her chiropractic certainty. Dr. Stephanie Harris is a chiropractor, mom and solo practitioner who has had a unique journey the last several years. Patrick Smith: Chiropractic Pure and Simple [Podcast]
Mile High podcasts are about empowering, educating and growing the vitalistic chiropractic practitioners. This is our first of many podcasts to include not just Mile High speakers but members of the growing Mile High community. Patrick Smith is one of my favorite chiropractors in Colorado!Mile High registration is rising grab your tickets here. His passion and vision for chiropractic and people achieving their health potential is inspiring. Two years back we had one of our interns from Sherman college visit his office for the day and she found it truly refreshing. After practicing for a decade in an injury and insurance-based model and being dissatisfied with the disconnection between the care he was providing and the wellness care he sought and received for himself and his family he shifted his practice 180°. As Patrick Smith says "Your problems do not start or end when your symptoms do." Service is an important principle for chiropractors and for Patrick Smith it's at the center of his values. Enjoy this podcast with one of us who practices every day as we discuss subluxation, insurance and the medicalization of chiropractic.

Joe Esposito: An Expanded Chiropractic Vision [Podcast]
Welcome to this exciting episode of the Mile High podcast with Dr. Joe Esposito. Something that often makes me enthusiastic in the chiropractic profession is when people are thinking beyond their 4 walls to reach as many people as they can with the chiropractic message and service. To me this is always a sign of expanded vision. Mile High tickets are rising grab yours today. Very few people have done that to the level of Joe Esposito. A Life University graduate who straight out of the gate has taken action to expand his impact on chiropractic as a whole, as well as most certainly the public, through his efforts. Dr. Joe Esposito started align life in 1999 with the opening of his first clinic facility in Bloomington Illinois. He has since expanded his clinics to reach cities across the United States with a focused communication that the body is self-healing and inspiring the innate healing potential of the human body. The systems of their clinics are designed to help any on purpose chiropractor build the practice of their dreams. If that wasn't enough he also founded Vitalogics. Vitalogics is a wellness technology company that focuses on helping healthcare providers leverage technology to improve patient education, office efficiency, and bottom-line profit. So often people are focused on procedures marketing tools and what they need to do or not do. I have learned in the last several years that it all starts with mindset, headspace and of course vision. What I would like you to listen for carefully in this podcast is the expression of someone with a bigger vision. If you're going to expand your impact either through your office or on a bigger level beyond the walls of your office rubbing elbows and listening to people with a bigger vision will start to change how you think. And as my friend Liam Schubel says "changed thinking changes everything." Vitalogics is the diamond sponsor of the Mile High weekend this year. Their EHR is the #1 software for chiropractic research due to scalability, data integrity, compliancy, solid infrastructure, and real-time data collection. People that use Vitalogics improve the efficiency and compliancy of their office while supporting research in the chiropractic profession. Enjoy and I hope this podcast grows your vision to new levels.
