The wort pain of your life... and it's hilarious. This past week Karbon severely injured her back and was unable to walk for several days. If you've ever had a serious injury you know how painful, depressing and BORING it is to be injured. In this week's podcast we talk all about injuries. The bad, the ugly, the hilarious, and what we learned from all of our shenanigans.

Making friends is hard, & often maintaining those friendships can be even more challenging. In this weeks episode Karbon & Emily talk about their trip into the woods, the loss of a friend, and the revelations they had that encouraged them to break the cycle of bail culture in their own lives & put themselves back out there.

Let's get real. As a queer person, sometimes just being yourself can be scary, nerve-wracking and even downright dangerous. This week Emily and Karbon uncover their internalized homophobia and speak on the times they have felt like they should "act straight" in order to protect themselves.
