Are you at peace with your body? This is something that I’ve had to learn to create for myself especially after years in the fitness industry as a competitor. Back in those days, I was using the sport of competing as a mask for my eating disorder. In this episode, I’m diving into how many fitness competitors are in the sport for the wrong reasons and why you need to move away from having a transactional relationship with exercise (and actually nourish your body!).
