This week we are joined by Michael Schaecher, a computer technician with the North Carolina National Guard. After receiving the Covid-19 shots, he refused to submit proof of vaccination to his superiors as he felt it was a violation of his privacy. He was fired, rehired, and then was refused access to do his job. He was eventually labeled a “potential insider threat.”  He is currently being paid not to work and has several active EEO cases. Kevin Biro is a 20-yr Intelligence Community professional, having served in the US Navy as a Cryptologic Technician and as an Industrial Contractor supporting various IC elements. As a devout Christian and former ministry director, Kevin has spent the past year navigating constitutionally protected religious free speech and practice in the intelligence workspace regarding the transgender and gender identity-affirming policies. This week, Kevin shares with us how he has been pushing back against the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 125, signed by the Director of National Intelligence, that violates his and many others’ deeply held religious beliefs. We hear how he has received open backlash from the primary LGBTQ+ group within the organization he subcontracts for, and what he is pursuing legally. We discuss why he thinks the intelligence agencies are limiting constitutionally protected speech in the workplace, and what happens to a society that fundamentally denies basic truth. From 2020-2021, Spencer was a Special Assistant to President Trump and Associate Director of Presidential Personnel, helping to identify, recruit, and place hundreds of political appointees at all levels of government. This week, we hear the gripping story of Matt Strickland and his restaurant’s journey over the past couple years. In 2021, when he refused to follow Virginia's COVID regulations, he was sued by the state's Democrat leadership. By the time the case made it to court, Virginia was controlled by a Republican governor and Attorney General, but the state continued to pursue the case. We talk about what he makes of our two dominant political parties walking in step with each other through the Covid era and beyond. Matt Strickland is an Army veteran who enlisted at the age of 17 as a Combat Medic. Matt was assigned to the 25th Infantry at Ft. Lewis where he arrived on September 10, 2001. He also served on Blackwater’s Counter Assault Team and in total spent almost a decade in Iraq and Afghanistan. Later, as a civilian, Matt worked as an Intelligence Analyst for the military. In 2016, he embarked on his dream to be a small business owner opening his first food truck, named Gourmeltz. His business quickly thrived, and Matt opened the restaurant version of Gourmeltz in 2018. As his business was flourishing, Matt, like most small business owners in America, almost lost everything because of the Covid mandate lockdowns. Unlike most small business owners though, Matt fought back. After a lengthy court battle, Matt proved that those mandates were in fact unconstitutional, and he won his case against the state. Liz became a Feds For Freedom class agent in October 2021, when she filed an Equal Employment Opportunities Commission religious discrimination class action complaint along with others at her shipyard. Polish-Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski joins The Feds Podcast this week. Artur gained international attention by refusing to comply with Canada’s Covid restrictions. He has faced years of harassment, multiple fines and multiple imprisonments. In 2021, his story quickly went global, opening eyes to the great human rights and religious freedom attacks by the Canadian government on its own people. Artur ultimately was convicted in February 2023 on all charges, sentenced to 61 days in jail, and then the judge said his time was served, and he walked away a free man. This week our guest is Sonny Fleeman, a combat veteran and current Claims Officer in the Department of Veterans Affairs. Sonny is the VA whistleblower who has been shouting from the rooftops that the COVID-19 shots contain toxic elements that can be claimed as a Toxic Exposure Risk Activity (TERA) under the PACT ACT. The VA Secretary mandated this toxic exposure risk for all VA workers through the Covid- 19 mandates, yet included a policy that the Toxic Exposure Risks cannot be claimed due to any vaccination!
