How to Scale to 50 Deals a Year

Beka Shea has a fascinating story. Before she became an entrepreneur with a large team flipping and wholesaling deals, Beka was in the Navy as a mechanical engineer. She had a great job but felt the travel was a lot with small kids. When her 3rd daughter was born in 2013, she decided to spend less time traveling and more time at home. She bought her first rehab, which was a hoarder house that was essentially gutted, and she was hooked. Guest:  Beka Shea, Real Estate Investor Beka Shea has a fascinating story. The first year Beka flipped 3 houses, the second year she flipped 6 and then she moved up to one a month and started building out a team to support her business growth.
