How to Make Six Figure Wholesale Fees with Jason Buzi

Jason Buzi is a wholesaler in California who has mastered the art of doing deals in high-end markets, earning up to six figures. He started in real estate in his mid-30’s as he spent his early years in the corporate world. It was a bad experience for him since he had multiple issues with the environment and his bosses, so he would move on to commission-type jobs until he asked a close friend for help in getting started with real estate. By this time, he had no formal background in real estate nor had he attended any seminars, so he had to improvise his way - doing things real estate gurus would say not to do. Needless to say, he got good at it and is now exclusively focuses on off-market deals with around 20 huge deals a year. Today, Jason tells us his story before he came into the business and how he transitioned into becoming more of an investor than a wholesaler, his different approach to the industry, and his advice to those who don’t have the resources that he does.   “I'm not built to work for other people.” – Jason Buzi   On Today’s Episode of Flip Talk:   Jason’s Tips for Getting into Real Estate Investing:   Reach Out to Jason Buzi: Rate, Review, Learn, and Share       Join us every Wednesday for a brand-new episode of the Flip Talk podcast. Targeting Your Marketing and Separating Yourself From Your Competition with Alex Pardo

Alex Pardo always had the entrepreneurial, bug even when he was a kid. Before he was a teenager, he was already engaged in the business of flipping - flipping baseball cards in baseball card shows that is. He found money in that simple gig, but it wasn’t the thing that made him who he is now. No, that would come at a much later time where he found himself working close to 80 hours a week for GE’s financial management program, back when he aspired to climb the corporate ladder. Needless to say, he didn’t see himself working like that for the rest of his life. After the program, he went back to his hometown Miami, joined a boot camp about marketing for deals and would shortly earn $44,000.00 in his first deal ever. He hasn’t looked back since. Today, Alex talks about building your own team and the practices he advocates when it comes to hiring, how he markets his business, the many failures and takeaways he got from them, and his tips on making your business run smoother.   “People that you bring on your team should make you money.” – Alex Pardo   On Today’s Episode of Flip Talk:   Alex’s Tips for Getting into Real Estate Investing:   Reach Out to Alex Pardo:   Rate, Review, Learn, and Share       Join us every Wednesday for a brand-new episode of the Flip Talk podcast.
