This episode we talk to Dr. Troy Urdahl. Dr. Urdahl serves as the Baseball Coach and Activities Director at St. Anthony Village in Minnesota. He has also recently written a book, Chasing Influence: Transformational Coaching to Build Champions for Life. We talk to Dr. Urdahl about coaching "today's athletes" and being a transformational coach.

In this episode, we talk to Coach Mike Coe, the Head Football Coach of the AAAAA Georgia State Champions, the Coffee Trojans. Coach Coe talks about what is important in his program and how they try to play faster and the processes they used this past year to produce a state champion. Coach Coe came to Coffee from Madison (FL) and talks about the difference between Florida and Georgia.

In our first podcast of 2024, we talk to Coach Heath Webb. Coach Webb is the Head Football Coach at Lumpkin County High (GA) and was recently named AAA State Coach of the Year for guiding Lumpkin to a 12-1 record in 2023 - their best in school history. Coach Webb has also been the Head Coach at Gainesville, Winder-Barrow, and North Paulding in Georgia. We talk to Coach Webb about his season in 2023 and lessons he has learned in his career.
