Canadians want more EVIDENCE on unmarked graves + Juno's 6 month anniversary (feat. Keean Bexte)
In this very special episode of the ‘Candice Malcolm Show,’ Candice discusses the importance of independent media pushing back against the legacy press narratives that promote a “post-truth” society.
To celebrate Juno News’ 6 month anniversary, Candice welcomes co-founder Keean Bexte to chat about some of their biggest moments and the most important news stories during this incredible journey so far.
In today’s other big news, Candice highlights a new public opinion survey done by Angus Reid that shows a clear majority of Canadians say they need more evidence – including excavations – to determine if unmarked or mass graves really exist at Residential Schools. PRIVATE property now INDIGENOUS land? B.C. Conservative Leader John Rustad responds
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice explains the recent landmark ruling from the B.C. Supreme Court that declares existing title to be “defective and invalid” – thus taking away established property rights.
Justice Barbara Young ruled that 800 acres in Richmond, BC – including industrial property owned and managed by different levels of government as well as privately held land – “have established Aboriginal title” and thus rightfully belong to the Cowachan Tribes.
Other local First Nations, including the Musquem Indian Band and Tsawwassen First Nations, are upset by the ruling as they also claim title to this land.
As Candice points out, this is what the LAND BACK activists have been calling for. This is why they force us to listen to “land acknowledgements.” They believe Canada is an illegitimate country, that Canadians are mere “settlers” and that the land belongs to the various First Nations tribes that make competing claims. And they have legal precedent, thanks to this insane court ruling.
Candice is joined by B.C. Conservative Leader John Rustad to discuss this ruling and what it means for British Columbia, specifically property owners.
John Rustad has called for an urgent appeal of this ruling, stating that it threatens private property and investment into B.C.
Candice and John discuss how this ruling is downstream from the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP), and corresponding legislation in B.C. and Canada.
Next, they talk about the B.C. NDP government’s excessive spending and their catch-and-release crime policies that are making B.C. more dangerous.
Finally, they discuss the future of the B.C. Conservative Party and his leadership review this fall.

A victory for freedom!
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice first discusses a small victory for freedom in Canada: the Alberta government has bucked the trend of banning Christian singer Shawn Feucht and instead has given him a permit to perform on the Legislature grounds.
This is a victory for independent media who are fighting back against the CBC smear campaign that started all of this.
Next, Candice sets her sights on the authoritarian forest bans in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. She discusses the confused rationale behind these bans – are they to prevent forest fires? To clear out the forests? To keep people safe from accidental injuries? Or are they simply about control?
Candice walks us through the many examples of legacy media figures and Liberal activists defending the bans and cheering on excessive abuse of government power, including a veteran who was fined $28,800 for walking into the forest.
Candice discusses the real danger for all Canadians: once governments normalize the use of lockdowns, outdoor bans and shelter-in-place policies – as they did during COVID – they will continue to use them whenever they want.
This is the road to serfdom.
Finally, Candice is joined by Rocklinc CEO and financial advisor Jonathan Wellum to discuss the real cause of economic pain in Canada: reckless government policies that devalue the currency and prevent economic growth.

MONEY FOR NOTHING - Government blowing your cash while Mark Carney takes a VACATION
On today’s episode of The Candice Malcolm Show, guest host Kris Sims takes aim at Mark Carney’s taxpayer-funded vacation and ask why Parliament is working fewer sitting days than ever, even as the cost of MPs and the federal bureaucracy keeps climbing.
Kris is joined by Money Talks host Michael Campbell for an in-depth look at how the Liberal government has squandered opportunities to develop markets for liquefied natural gas and other valuable natural resources, leaving billions of dollars on the table and undermining Canada’s economic position.
Michael explains how regulatory and political roadblocks — including Indigenous veto powers and last Friday’s Supreme Court ruling in B.C. that puts private property rights into question — are adding new uncertainty for resource development and investment.
They also dig into how these missed opportunities are leaving Canada at a disadvantage in a growing trade dispute with the United States, and why Ottawa’s energy and resource policies are out of step with global trends.
Kris and Michael break down the federal electric vehicle mandate, examining its massive cost, questionable benefits, and the serious implications for Canadian industries, jobs, and taxpayers. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Based prof HUMILIATES CBC reporter, leaves her in tears over unmarked graves LIES
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice revisits the 2021 moral panic surrounding the unmarked graves. She discusses the original claims and how the legacy media blew it out of proportion and helped turn it into a hoax.
Candice corrects the record by demonstrating with facts and research that no remains have been found to-date at Indian Residential Schools. She talks about the book Grave Error, which meticulously documents the historical background of these residential schools and debunks the false media narratives, including the outrageously false claim that genocide occurred.
Candice welcomes one of the authors of this book, Professor Frances Widdowson, who has been travelling the country and trying to set the record straight and insert truth back into the conversation.

Has WOKE culture peaked? + Carney ADMITS Trump won’t take his call
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice is joined by Canada’s #1 TikTok influencer and political commentator Mario Zelaya.
They start the show by talking about how conservatives are winning the culture war in the U.S., but what about in Canada? Candice shares a few examples of how common sense is prevailing and how we still have our work cut out for us in fighting the extreme woke ideology.
Next, they talk about a reporter’s question to Prime Minister Carney about why he’s putting his elbows down against President Trump. Carney provides a careful, corporate-speak response that Mario critiques as a “word salad.”
Finally, they discuss Carney’s answer to the question of whether he’ll kill the Online News Act, how young people are becoming more conservative and why Liberals need to censor the internet in order to survive. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Mark Carney is looking more like Justin Trudeau every day
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice details the colossal failure of the Elbows Up political campaign. Prime Minister Mark Carney OVER promised and has UNDER delivered on his key election promise – to stand up to President Donald Trump and negotiate a deal.
Instead, the August 1 trade deadline came and went, and Carney failed to secure so much as a phone call with the U.S. President. Instead, Carney sent his Trade Minister Dominic LeBlanc to Washington, and he ALSO FAILED to secure any meaningful meetings with his American counterparts.
This is a profound failure, and it’s worth repeating. Carney did not get the job done.
Candice welcomes Alexander Brown, director at the National Citizens Coalition and host of the new Juno News show Not Sorry. They discuss Carney’s failures and the bait and switch Carney pulled on Canadians. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why Canada’s EV mandate won’t work + CBC stacked with six-figure bureaucrats
On today’s episode of The Candice Malcolm Show, guest host Kris Sims explains why Canada’s EV mandate is doomed to fail—and reveals the stunning growth of CBC’s six-figure bureaucracy.
The federal government wants to ban the sale of new gas-powered vehicles by 2035. But Canada’s grid can’t support it, rural drivers are being ignored, and most Canadians simply can’t afford the shift. Kris breaks down why the mandate is unrealistic, expensive, and bound to fail.
Then, Kris is joined by Canadian Taxpayers Federation federal director Franco Terrazzano to expose new access-to-information findings about six-figure compensation at CBC/Radio-Canada. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Carney offers statehood to Hamas? + illegal border crossers CAUGHT on tape
On today’s episode of the Candice Malcolm Show, Candice discusses Prime Minister Mark Carney's announcement that he will recognize statehood for Palestine, based on pie-in-the-sky demands that will never be adhered to or followed.
Offering statehood to a country ruled by terrorists, as a direct result of a terror attack and while the terror group are still holding approximately 50 civilian hostages, is a radical and reckless policy, Candice argues. It’s the clear result of pandering to radical Islamists in the Liberal Party and in Liberal ridings – most of which were admitted to Canada under the Liberal’s open border policies.
Candice welcomes journalist Alexa Lavoie to discuss her coverage of Palestinian mobs, including those who showed up to oppose Christian singer and worship leader Sean Feucht in Montreal. Alexa caught on video a radical activist throwing smoke bombs into the church during a church service – a clear violation of Canada’s criminal code. Learn more about your ad choices. “I’d probably be dead right now”— MP sounds alarm on Canada’s suicide agenda
On today’s episode of The Candice Malcolm Show, Candice is joined by Conservative MP Andrew Lawton, who shares his powerful personal story and explains why he’s fighting to stop the expansion of Canada’s assisted suicide laws.
Andrew has launched the “I Got Better” campaign to oppose the 2027 expansion of medical assistance in dying to people suffering solely from mental illness. In a deeply personal video, Andrew reveals that he nearly took his own life during a dark period of depression, and says if today’s laws had been in place then, he wouldn’t be here.
The campaign supports Bill C-218, introduced by MP Tamara Jansen, which would ban MAiD for mental illness alone. Andrew explains why this law is urgently needed, how the current system puts vulnerable Canadians at risk, and why the government should be helping people recover, not offering them death.
Candice and Andrew break down the alarming growth of MAiD in Canada—over 13,000 deaths in 2022 alone, with more on the way—and expose the Trudeau-Carney government’s steady march toward a culture of hopelessness.
Also, Andrew reacts to the City of Montreal fining a church for hosting American Christian singer Sean Feucht. Andrew says there is a troubling pattern where certain faith-based events are targeted while other ideological groups are left alone. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
