You saw the headlines. The New York Times reported that plastic surgeon, Dr. Kirk Moore, was charged with "selling" fake Covid vaccine cards. We knew there was more to this story, so we reached out and asked Dr. Moore for an interview. We appreciated him squeezing in time with us early one morning from a cafe in California where he was attending a medical conference. Yes, there is so much more to this story, and it starts with Dr. Moore's oath to "first do no harm".

It's past time to talk about the things that we are afraid to discuss. The way we fight the silencing of diverse thoughts, ideas, or opinions is to have MORE conversations, not less. We become unafraid to speak our mind, to even get it wrong sometimes, and then have the courage to admit it when it happens. But if we silence discourse, we are doomed. And in this episode...we go there. Racism, Transgender Activism, Gun Control....if it is a hot topic in today's headlines, we share our thoughts on it. We aren't telling you to agree--we are telling you to get informed and SPEAK YOUR MIND while we still can.

In July 2021, CNN Technical Director, Charlie Chester, in a conversation with an undercover journalist, acknowledged, "We're going to start focusing mainly on climate, like global warming...that's going to be our (CNN's) next focus." If the "climate crisis" is going to be in the headlines, then we feel we all need to know more about it--to separate verifiable and scientific facts from fiction and propaganda, to search beyond the headlines to know the truth. So to that end, we wondered, "What do you know about nuclear energy?" Oliver Stone just announced he has a new documentary, Nuclear Now, coming to theaters April 28th, we wanted to do our own investigation into the power and possibilities, the risks and the benefits, of nuclear energy. So we invited three experts--two are nuclear engineers with over 40 years of experience and another is the research director for a preeminent energy association in the United States--to discuss the power and possibilities of nuclear energy, the benefits, the risks and costs, and whether or not this is a clean source of energy that reduces the carbon footprint on the environment. Whether you fully believe that mankind is responsible for global warming or whether you simply believe mankind should be a good steward of the earth, this is a must-listen conversation to help you understand the nuclear option and why perhaps, as Oliver Stone says in his trailer, "We’ve been trained from the very beginning to fear nuclear power. The very thing that we fear is what may save us.”

Do you know what a fallacy or a red herring or cognitive bias is? Do you know what critical thinking is? Do you know how to do it? It may or may not surprise you that this skill is NOT taught in many American educational institutions anymore. It seems our educational model is more "memorize and regurgitate" over "analyze, ask questions, challenge, and understand". So we invited an educator in critical thinking skills, Kathy Gibbens, host of the "Filter It Through A Brain Cell Podcast" where in 5 minute segments she teaches parents and their children how to think critically. Recently top US government scientists found that people exposed to glyphosate, the widely used weed-killing chemical, have biomarkers in their urine linked to the development of cancer and other diseases. In other words--the food we eat could be poisoning us. You may have heard of or even used Monsanto's Roundup, the weedkiller containing the toxic chemical glyphosate which has led to Mansanto now reaching an approximately $11 billion settlement with most plaintiffs so far. But the fact that the corporation exposed the public to this toxic chemical knowing the risks while regulatory agencies that are supposed to keep us safe turned a blind eye should open all of OUR eyes to the corruption at hand across multiple industries and government agencies.
