Ep 73 - Know Thyself: Does having a six pack and $100,000 a year make us happy?

This week I sit down with my good friend, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Blackbelt, host of The Journey Podcast and founder for the Jiu-Jitsu Brotherhood Nicolas Gregoriades. We talk about why he gave up his six pack abs, our views on fitness, yoga and the paleo diet as well as how going from making zero to $1,000 has given us a ton of happiness, but making $100,000 might not have the same effect.  This is a great interview that starts with a touch of business but then dives deep into what happiness is, and even what the ideal workout program for most people.   Nic teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu seminars around the world, is legendary Roger Gracie's first black belt, and makes over $1,500 a month from selling his eBook: The Black Belt Blueprint and has multiple streams of income from his online Jiu-Jitsu courses including the new BJJ Building Blocks which is a 52 week online video course that teaches the basics of the martial art over the course of a year.   Follow: JohnnyFD.com George Schreiner http://georgesports.com/ Jacki Berlo http://www.yourautismwhisperer.com/ Dropshipping course: www.AntonMethod.com Affiliate Marketing Course: www.EarnestAffiliate.com Proof Reading Course: proofreadanywhere.com/?ap_id=jacberlo My blog: www.JohnnyFD.com

Ep 70 - How to Live Like Tim Ferriss and the 4-Hour Work Week

This week we're back in Chiang Mai, Thailand where I meet Dylan Basile from Vancouver Canada.  Both myself and Dylan read the 4-hour Workweek back in 2007 and decided to take the 4HWW lead and try to live like Tim Ferris.  After reading the book Dylan sells his car, his clothes and instead of paying $2,000 a month in rent in Vancouver, he takes the money from that and the money from his property rentals to travel the world to six continents.  Now Dylan is settling in Chiang Mai researching if he should pursue Amazon FBA or start a Dropshipping store.  He just got back from a surf trip in Bali and has discovered what living the 4-hour workweek is all about.   Dylan Basile - DylanBasile.comTim Ferriss' Book - 4-Hour WorkweekJoin the Mailing List: JohnnyFD.com Dropshipping Course: AntonMethod.com
