Release your handbrake with these two mindsets
Sometimes we can hold ourselves back. Its like we have our own handbrake one.
These two mindsets will help release that handbrake.
1. I'll figure it out - confidence is often the result of doing the thing you're not doing because you're not confident yet
2. Why not me - put yourself in the space and place to make the most of opportunities. You can't grow if you don't go.
It's a journey. Keep showing up!

It is respectable to lose to the universe. It is a tragedy to lose to yourself - Will
I love this one liner from Will by Will Smith
"It is respectable to lose to the universe. It is a tragedy to lose to yourself" - Will
I hope you enjoy my reflections.
Keep showing up, have fun, do your best & leave space for those miracles.

How are you? (In as few words as possible) - Timon
Don't be like Timon. Either ask the question and want to know the answer, or don't ask the question.
What's the question?
How are you?

Favourite one liner
My favourite oner liner on the podcast comes from Dr. Deborah Rozman who said "we don't say I love you with all of my mind".
Here's what I think about that and how you can use it to your advantage.

Lay the next brick - Will
I'm reading Will Smith's memoir "Will" which is really good and gets to the heart of Will the human.
His Daddio taught him some important lessons as a child. Here's one that I think represents the ABTY mindset.
Don't focus on the wall, just lay the next brick.
I add some caution to this advice, but in the main, it is very applicable.
