Release your handbrake with these two mindsets

Sometimes we can hold ourselves back. Its like we have our own handbrake one. 

These two mindsets will help release that handbrake. 

1. I'll figure it out - confidence is often the result of doing the thing you're not doing because you're not confident yet 

2. Why not me - put yourself in the space and place to make the most of opportunities. You can't grow if you don't go.
