CareLESS | CareFULL | CaRING
Here is one of my favourite take-aways from episode 198 with Dr. John Demartini.
Be careful not to put people on pedestals or in the pits. Instead, put them in your heart.
Don't put yourself ahead of the needs of others. That's careless.
Don't put others first to the detriment of yourself. that's careful.
Instead, come together as something greater.

Are the next generation less ambitious?
I think we need to understand the values of the next generation and what's shaped them.
Seeing you burned out and your home broken is probably enough for them to not value progressing in the corporate world... certainly not at the expense of their health, wellbeing and relationships.
Once we understand our people better, we will find plenty of opportunities for them to feel like they belong, like they matter and can do their best work.

I asked ChatGPT what style of leadership was needed in the future.
In short, as leaders you'll need to navigate the grey, be values based and take people with you.

Mrs H is channeling her creativity
Mrs H has started to make space for creativity. Her willingness to partner with creation is serving her well. The next thing for her to do is to learn not to place her confidence in her abilities but instead place it in her creating the right conditions to partner with God's inspiration for her and through her.
