Ep 205 Interview Sessions with Chris Wark (ChrisBeatCancer) | Beat Cancer Daily
On episode 205 I am joined by Chris Wark. Chris is a young adult cancer survivor, bestselling author, and patient advocate.
Chris was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2003, at just 26 years old. After surgery, Chris made the decision to go against his doctor’s advice, opted-out of chemotherapy and chose to use nutrition and natural therapies to heal. Six years later, in 2010, Chris began sharing his story of faith, courage, and determination, and his message of hope that chronic diseases like cancer can be prevented and reversed with a radical transformation of diet and lifestyle.
In the last decade, Chris has become one of the most well-known cancer survivors on the planet and reaches millions of people per year as a blogger, podcaster, speaker and global health coach through his books, social media and his website ChrisBeatCancer.com
Chris is the author of the national bestseller Chris Beat Cancer: A Comprehensive Plan for Healing Naturally, Beat Cancer Daily: 365 Days of Inspiration, Encouragement, and Action Steps to Survive and Thrive and his third book, Beat Cancer Kitchen: Deliciously Simple Plant-Based Anticancer Recipes.
Chris is also creator of the SQUARE ONE Cancer Coaching Program, which has been shared with over 1 million people globally since 2017.

a symptom of being rich - Russell Brand on the Joe Rogan Podcast
This weekend I watched Russell Brand on the Joe Rogan Experience from 2017. In it, Russell told a story about how the services rich people get isn't about the person but in fact a symptom of people making money out of them. I found that fascinating. It keeps us humble. The most meaningful things of this world are not things. So please do bring more of your heartset and your heartwork this year.

Find me a straight river - a case for your heartwork
Come to the world as an expression of who you are. Partner with love and bring your creation to the world. Use it to serve others. You will benefit. Others will benefit. This is the beginning of your heartprint. Know that creation cannot be judged. It is simply for those who need it. And forget about perfect. As Rob Bell said, find me a straight river. Nature is perfectly imperfect. So are you.

Happiness cannot be pursued - Viktor Frankl
Happiness cannot be pursued. A human being is not one in pursuit of happiness but rather in search of a reason to become happy. Once the reason is found, one becomes automatically happy. VF
