We are retiring the use of 'Lead Yourself'
We have been talking about 'Leading Ourselves' before we lead others for the past 8 years. We are now retiring the use of the words lead yourself and ill instead be calling leaders to be good followers so that they may become good leaders.

Followership
You’re only a #leader if people choose to #follow you.People will only choose to follow you if you make them feel safe enough or inspired enough.Relying on your position or title is the lowest form of leadership. People do things because they have to.True leadership has people contributing because they want to.This is why leadership requires heart. Are your first line managers leading with heart? They are the ones making the biggest difference in your company as they interact with the most amount your people in a day.If they’re not leading with heart, do the majority of your employees show up because they want to or because they feel they have to?Perhaps it’s time to invest in the heart of your company and the heart of your leadership?💌 now to start a conversation💙#leadership #followership

Body confidence is part of the same problem
Being confident in your body, image and knowledge is the same problem as not having confidence in your body, image and knowledge - because your confidence is being placed in something external and temporary.
Attach your confidence to who you are.
