Perry Oostdam is the CEO and Co-Founder of Recruitee, global talent acquisition and candidate experience platform. With a passion for tech and scaling teams, he has been active in the SaaS space as a founder, advisor and investor. Perry believes in the power of HR tech to help revolutionize the way companies and teams grow. 

Michael swam for 20 years his my life. Holding a national swimming record for 18 years to this date (including Israel's athlete of the year 2007 - Ma'ariv). Studied and swam for the Georgia Institute of technology in the states. Spent the last 11 years leading design and development of products using mobile technology for startups and fortune 500 companies. Father of 2 amazing kids, Married to Hen and lives in Tel-Aviv.

Dror Benjamin is a serial entrepreneur, visionary, and world-recognized expert in visualization and video content. His concepts are not only unique but also help generate revenue streams for Medical Device giants. Dror’s ability to recognize future trends enabled him to successfully expand Arcreative, a virtual design house specializing in visual content, and also venture off into several other areas. Benjamin’s most recent mission is to help people overcome remote work and digital challenges, by bringing AR videoconferencing software VidiPlus to millions.

Ofir Azury is a technology and impact investor and serves as the Head of Technology Investments at Gandyr Investment Group, focusing on early-stage start-ups within the areas of AI, SaaS, Digital Health and Corporate SW. Some of its portfolio ventures include companies such as Yotpo, Mobileye, Nutrino, Anyword, NYM, Software, Ecoppia, Eleos Health and others.

Sagi is the CEO of KMS Lighthouse, a global leader in knowledge management software. Over the last 4 years, he managed to take KMS from a small boutique start-up to a company that serves Fortune 500 global brands. Sagi has extensive knowledge in building and scaling up businesses and starting new innovations. He established the international business division of  Israeli IT giant Aman Group, from zero, more than 15 years ago and has managed to grow the business year-over-year.  Sagi worked at KPMG in the hi-tech group assisting startups in fundraising and go-to-market plans. He also holds a BA in Business Administration, an MBA from the College of Management and is a Certified Accountant.

In the last 20 years, Shai has been leading the development, clinical validation and commercialization of innovative medical devices for various indications such as heart failure, metabolic and gastrointestinal diseases. Shai holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of technology and an MBA from Columbia University. He is an inventor of 40 issued patents. He currently serves as the CEO of the MEDX Xelerator, a leading medical device and digital health incubator, a partnership of Boston Scientific, MEDX Ventures, Intellectual Ventures and the Sheba medical center.

Previously he co-founded and was CEO of Secdo, a cybersecurity company, that was acquired by Palo Alto Networks and of Integrity-Project, a company specialized in connectivity, networking, and security solutions acquired by Mellanox. Shai served for 10 years as an officer in the IDF Intelligence Corps Unit 8200, where he held a variety of roles in management and product development and won several national awards for excellence. Shai is a graduate of the Talpiot program and earned an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Mital Makadia is a partner at Grellas Shah, and co-founder of Solvd4, a cost-effective alternative dispute resolution service aimed at founders and startups. Her practice is focused on representing technology startups and startup founders. She provides counsel on a variety of corporate and transactional matters and negotiates and structures equity financings, M&A transactions, and commercial and intellectual property transactions for her clients. A TechCrunch Verified Expert Lawyer, Mital is passionate about helping startups succeed by equipping founders with the legal tools and knowledge they need to support their employees, protect business relationships, and drive growth.

Since 2002, Mike has worked with companies such as Rebull as a Brand Manager, at KPMG in the Management Consulting team, and at Wework as a CM, but also SMBs, NGOs and Gov. In 2017 he founded the IS-CL Summit (International Startup Community Leaders Summit) the event that brought together 500 startup community professionals from over 50 countries! The event spawned his agency, IS-CL (AKA; The IS-CL Network) a decentralized community agency working with companies and organizations around the world.
