Dionis Teshler, Chief Technology Officer of the automotive industry’s first Cybertech Tier supplier, GuardKnox, is one of the central figures propelling Israel forward in the sector. In 2016 Dionis merged his aviation technology experience and his lifelong passion for driving fast cars into producing the cyber technology that serves as the foundation for software-defined and service-oriented vehicles. Prior to this, Dionis worked as an Algorithms Engineer for image-processing startup Transchip, which was acquired by Samsung Electronics. Dionis holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science (thesis in Computational Neuroscience, Cum Laude) and a Global MBA with a focus on Global Strategy from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.

As a leading AI pioneer and global visionary with extensive innovation experience in various industries, Dr. Mechrez co-founded BeyondMinds to bridge AI theory to practice, with the vision to create the first enterprise AI system that is universally applicable and easily adaptable. He is passionate about fostering a data-driven culture, using AI as a transformational catalyst to address complex regulatory, operational, and business intelligence challenges. Before founding BeyondMinds, Dr. Mechrez held a number of positions in hi-tech companies and academia and conducted research focused on the intersection of computer vision and deep learning.

Sarah Wood is the Co-founder and former CEO of Unruly, and author of the best-selling career book Stepping Up. She is an active angel investor in early-stage tech companies, a mentor at UCL Hatchery, and a board member at Tech Nation, City Ventures, and The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, which campaigns for young people's mental health. Sarah is an ambassador for The Prince's Trust Women Supporting Women Programme and was awarded an OBE for services to technology and innovation.

Paul Bilodeau is the CEO and founder of Filtered, a capabilities-based hiring platform designed specifically for engineers, developers, and tech talent, that helps to remove unconscious bias from the hiring process through assessments and coding tasks. Paul started his professional career as a recruiter for a leading recruitment firm in Boston. It wasn’t long before he identified major disconnects and inefficiencies when it came to the hiring process, so in 2010 he created PangeaConnect, a video interviewing platform. Soon after, he co-founded a data science consulting company refactorED, and built Filtered as an internal tool to ensure candidate authentication and more accurately assess candidates’ technical skills. In 2018, the demand to license Filtered as a standalone product led to the establishment of Filtered, Inc. and the continued drive to radically change the hiring process.

Kfir has a dual background in Medicine and a Ph.D. in Immunology. He is a serial bio-entrepreneur with an endless passion for outcome-driven, personalized, technology-agnostic Medicine. Co-founder, CTO, and Chairman of MeMed Dx that translates our immune response signals into accurate and actionable diagnostics at the point of care. Seeded and serves as Chief Strategy in Navina.ai, and recently founded and serves as the CEO of Canopy Immuno-Therapeutics.

With over 30 years of experience, Andy specializes in network/telecommunications, security, and financial technologies.  Andy has substantial expertise to lead strategic communication technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.  As a Global Financial Technologies leader, I establish strategic direction, lead all aspects of technology development and implementation, and provide formal supervision and coaching for the Architectural, Security, and Infrastructure functions while setting the vision to inspire and drive continuous improvements

Colin Hunter is an author, mentor, coach and founder of a business Potential Squared that specializes in creating playgrounds to disrupt the way people are led. He lives with his family, near London, but originally from Scotland and still retains his love of the Scottish mountains and the outdoors. Colin and his team work with their clients to provide leaders and their teams the chance to, as he describes, “Sail their ship out of the harbor and test themselves in rougher seas”. He is a practitioner and his work and his book are based on personal experience and purposeful practice with his clients.

Ido Safruti is the co-founder and CTO at PerimeterX, a behavior-based web security service. At PerimeterX Ido owns the product vision and delivery with Product and R&D reporting to him. Prior to founding PerimeterX, Ido was Sr. Director of Product-Management at Akamai, joining Akamai through the acquisition of Cotendo, where he was VP of product and strategy. He started his cybersecurity career in Israeli intelligence after graduating from the Talpiot program.

Uri is the CEO and Co-Founder of TipRanks, a fast-growing financial accountability engine that helps millions of users make better financial decisions. In high school, he moved to a boarding school in Sde Boker and then served as a drone pilot in the IDF Air Force. After studying computer science at the Hebrew University followed by an MBA from TAU, he worked as a software engineer at Avaya, Convergin (now Oracle), and ARX (now DocuSign).

Omer is Director of Retail Sales at Wolt, leading Wolt's global efforts with regards to its expansion from restaurant delivery to new verticals like grocery, florists, electronics and more. Before joining Wolt, he served as a commander in a technology unit in the Israel Army,  practiced law as a high tech lawyer in one of the leading law firms in Israel, and spent 5 years in HP Indigo as head of Business Operations in Indigo's Growth Team.
