Ilit Raz is the CEO and founder of Joonko, the ultimate automated diversity recruiting software solution. She comes with over 18 years of experience working in various product management and team management roles in tech startups and 7 years in the highly regarded IDF intelligence unit 8200, with vast experience in NLP. She holds a Computer Science degree (Bsc.) and an Executive MBA. As a working woman in tech, usually being the only woman in the room, she experienced bias firsthand and began her journey towards workforce-related DE&I initiatives and decided to change the way people work. That's when she founded Joonko.

Shaara Roman is author of “The Conscious Workplace” and founder and CEO of The Silverene Group, a culture consulting firm that is on a mission to help build better, more inclusive workplaces. Previously, Shaara held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies. Born in India, schooled in Nigeria and England, and having lived in Greece before coming to the US, Shaara uses her global experience as the foundation for crafting strategies to improve culture, workforce quality, and operations across a multitude of disciplines in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Yehiel Atias is the CEO and Co-Founder of Hexa, an immersive 3D tech stack that enables content creation, management, distribution, and analysis, and the chairmain of the retail tech public council at the Israeli Export Institute. Atias’ professional experience started at the young age of 21 and spans having founded two other companies to working alongside C-suite executives of retail giants like H&M, Alibaba, Walmart, Amazon,and IKEA. His strong belief in prioritizing people is palpable within Hexa’s company culture, and this tenet extends into Atias’ participation in nonprofit organizations.

In addition, Donald serves as a board member for several organizations in marketing, healthcare, banking, technology, and sports. Donald is an entrepreneur, public speaker, author, podcaster, Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), and executive coach. He is a thought leader on goal achievement, influencing company culture, and driving exponential growth. Donald has led companies that attained successful exits with strong returns for shareholders and employees. He writes a leadership column for WRAL TechWire and has contributed to Entrepeneur.com and CNBC.com. Donald’s autobiography and leadership book "Underestimated: A CEO’s Unlikely Path to Success" — published in October of 2022.

Elie Sprung is a partner at Arnon, Tadmor-Levy law offices, with a special expertise in the field of Hi-Tech and Venture Capital. Elie’s clients include hi-tech companies and entrepreneurs as well as venture capital funds, incubators and accelerators in a wide array of industries. Elie has extensive experience in representing his clients in financings, exit transactions, intellectual property and commercial transactions and agreements as well as assisting in the day to day operations of a company, with his practice spanning the entire life cycle of emerging growth companies.

Dr. Tamir Wolf is CEO and Co-Founder of Theator. After graduating medical school at the Technion, Tamir served as a physician in the IDF’s Flotilla 13 (the equivalent of SEAL Team 6). During his tenure in naval special ops, Tamir was awarded the Medal of Distinguished Service for treatment of wounded under fire. Transitioning to civilian life, Tamir found his passion for the industry side of healthcare and worked in various leadership positions in startups and as a VC. He co-founded Theator after witnessing the unacceptable variability and disparity in surgical care. Tamir holds a MD and a PhD from the Technion and completed the executive MBA program at Harvard Business School.

Yotam is the co-founder and CEO of Mona, a startup developing an intelligent monitoring platform for AI and automations in a variety of industries. Over a 15+ year career as a technology executive, Yotam gained extensive experience bringing data-driven products into the enterprise software market. Prior to Mona, he was a growth and product executive at ADP, and an associate partner at McKinsey & Co. Yotam holds a B.Sc (Cum Laude) in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University in Israel, and an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Michigan.

Eldad Posten-Korn, 37, is the founder and CEO of Winn.AI, a startup that builds an artificial intelligence-based personal assistant for salespeople. The company has been operating for less than a year, raised $17 million as an initial investment, and has 25 employees. The idea behind Winn.AI came after leading sales at DreaMed Diabetes, where he started as a salesman himself. In the past, he also worked at the venture capital fund Ourcrowd as responsible for the business development of the portfolio companies. In addition, Eldad had been an active entrepreneur for the past decade. In recent years, he and his heart surgeon wife Roni co-founded 'Shavot', a non-profit organization for girls' leadership. The organization is already active in 26 cities, with over 3,000 female volunteers. Shavot is also the leader of ""Israeli Girl's Week" where more than 100,000 girls and teenagers will partake in activities meant to inspire women this year. In the past, Eldad founded the "The Sky is the Limit" association that promoted social entrepreneurship for at-risk youth and served as chairman of the student union at the Hebrew University. He also served as an officer in the Israeli navy.
