This motivated her to bring plant-based dairy alternatives for people who want high-nutrition and affordable plant based lifestyles with Katharos. After spending years in the corporate world, she started her entrepreneurial journey with Katharos in 2019. Since its inception, the company providing an assortment of 100% natural cheese has garnered its foothold in the market. Awarded for her efforts, Jasmine was selected among the top 5 Humane Entrepreneurs in India by HSI in 2020. Under her leadership, Katharos was named the ‘Best Vegan Cheese in India’ by PETA in 2021.

Ziv Peremen is a neuroscientist and business leader in the field of digital health. He is CEO and Co-Founder of X-trodes, a medical device company bringing wireless medical-grade monitoring solutions to the comfort of users’ home environments. Prior to cofounding X-trodes, Ziv served as VP Medical Solutions at ElMindA, a leading company in the field of brain health. He was also CTO of the Brain Stimulation & Monitoring Toolbox Consortium (BSMT).  An experienced business leader with a diverse background, Ziv is fascinated by the potential for harnessing DeepTech into applicable solutions that can improve health and quality of life. Ziv holds a PhD in Neurocognitive Science and BSc in Physics and Philosophy, both from Tel Aviv University.

Izhak Paz is the founder and CEO of SafeGuard, an international construction-tech company that uses artificial intelligence to identify human behavior and predict and prevent construction accidents. Paz has a background in economics and public health and a passion for saving lives. Previous to SafeGuard Izhak served as a consultant to the Israeli Department of Occupational Health.

Ido Gonen is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Exodigo, the non-intrusive, multi-sensing subsurface imaging platform. Prior to Exodigo, Ido led multiple engineering teams focusing on innovative, inter-unit R&D projects inside one of Israel’s elite deep tech units, where he started his career as a software engineer. Ido graduated cum laude from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology with a B.Sc in software engineering and an M.Sc in computer science. He also participated in Psagot, the highly selective flagship program of the military’s academic services and earned additional certificates in corporate analysis and valuation from Bar-Ilan University.

Yael is a co-founder therapist and startup psychologist. She is the founder and CEO of YD scale up your business. Yael did extensive research, interviewing over 450 innovators, investors, and other ecosystem members. Yael's research focuses on the intangible factors that underpin the start-up growth life cycle: co-founder conflicts, the founding CEO's psychological elements of scale, and startup growing pains. She founded a clinic and now works with a portfolio of startups at various stages, assisting them in scaling while addressing these important growth engines. Yael has a background in psychology, couple therapy, and group analytics.

Mark Gazit is prominent senior executive with 25 years of experience in Israeli and international high-tech companies, Mark is currently CEO of ThetaRay. Mark served as Managing Director of NiceTrack, which provides software and hardware solutions to government agencies worldwide in the areas of information intelligence and cyber where he transformed it into a fast growing, profitable revenue generator. He was also the Group President & CEO of SkyVision, which he took from the start-up stage to an international company serving over 50 countries worldwide. Mark has held additional pivotal executive roles in leading companies.

Eyal Webber-Zvik is the Vice President of Product Marketing and Strategic Alliances at Cato Networks. In his role, Eyal manages a global team of product marketing directors that are tasked with driving the company's messaging, position, press and media relations, and more. Previously, Eyal ran Cato's product management organization, translating Cato's SASE vision into a global, successful cloud service. Prior to Cato Networks, Eyal held product management, project management and software engineering positions in several startups and in the IDF.

Louwki’s entire career has been devoted to serving companies’ technical needs. After earning his Master Network Engineer qualification, he became a technical trainer for Torque-IT, and shortly after this, he was promoted to Technical manager. Louwki then joined Tronic Trade Technology Holdings and served as Technical Manager. He then spent over a decade at Netsurit starting as a Senior Technical Consultant. He worked his way up to Head of Support at Netsurit and was part of the executive committee. Following a 3-year stint at Dimension Data as a Service Improvement & Enablement Manager and part of the GSC Management team, he re-joined the Netsurit team in 2017 to help grow the US business.
