Jim Berg is a member of the BCC Council and serves as a Professor of Biblical Counseling at Bob Jones University Seminary after having served as Dean of Students of BJU for 29 years. He has a DMin in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, is ACBC certified, and holds advanced certification (ABC3) with the Association of Biblical Counselors. Jim served in pastoral ministry for over thirty years in Southern California and Saudi Arabia and has been the director of The Institute for Biblical Counseling and Discipleship (IBCD) since 2006.
