Learning how to organize your to-do list can be a serious game changer and can really make you more efficient with your time and more productive in your week.  This week’s we are breaking down Pareto’s Theory and how you can use it as a working mom and we’re starting with this quote “80% of our results come from just 20% of our effort.” 💖 So my challenge for you this week, mamas is to apply the 80 20 rule to your to-do list. So you're going to take a look at your to-do list. Highlight that top 20% of tasks that will drive 80% of your desired results. You're going to prioritize these tasks and dedicate focus time blocks in your week. To tackle them. Hopefully you're doing your weekly planning because that's where this process comes in. See, if you can delegate or postpone the rest of it, and at the end of the week, really reflect on how this little shift in focus affects your productivity and your stress levels.. 113. Dream Big: How Visualization Can Transform Your Life As A Working Mom

Hi mamas! We are halfway through the year and it’s time to do a serious goal check in…    We are continuing our focusing on hitting that reset button on your new year’s resolutions, those hopes and dreams you had for this year and the power of visualization and manifestation.  One of the biggest dreamers was Walt Disney and if he is the perfect example of how to turn your dreams into reality. This week’s Monday motivation is a quote from Walt Disney: “If you can visualize it, if you can dream it, there's some way to do it." 💖 My challenge for you this week mamas carve out 10 minutes each day to visualize your biggest dream. Sit in a quiet space, close your eyes, and imagine every detail. Feel the emotions of achieving that dream. Then, write down one actionable step you can take towards this dream each day. By the end of the week, you’ll have seven steps that bring you closer to your goal. These steps don’t have to be monumental. They could be as simple as researching, networking, or planning. The key is consistency and momentum. Finally, share your dreams and your steps with someone you trust. Accountability increases your chances of staying committed and offers you the support you might need along the way. 111. Getting You Closer To Where You Want To Be Tomorrow As A Working Mom

Hi mamas! We are halfway through the year and it’s time to do a serious goal check in…    This week we are focusing on how to hit that reset button on your new year’s resolutions, those hopes and dreams you had for this year and we’re starting with today’s quote… or more like a question… “Ask yourself if what you're doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.”   💖 My challenge for your this week mamas is to look at all of the things on your to do list, look at all of the things you have said yes to so far for the rest of the year. Go through each one and ask yourself, does this get me closer to where I want to be tomorrow... and if the answer is no, then adjust accordingly. And start asking yourself that same question every time something that will require your time and energy comes up.  And it’s ok to tell someone that asks for your help that you’ll get back to them.
