Is it all just bubble baths and face masks or is there more to it?Louise struggles to prioritize self-care and Renee is addicted to productivity. So how do they take care of themselves? They discuss how to bring a little discipline to self-care. They're staying well-rested and keeping their brains wet. We're also talking about a soup with our three main food groups - potatoes, cheese and bacon. This week we're talking about sport. Louise gets to talk about her hatred for toxic masculinity in football, and Renee counters with the argument that maybe sport can bring out the best in people -  if we let it. Strap in for some chat on feminism, gender politics, and gender and sexual identity in Game of Thrones. It's pretty cool to be gay or bisexual in Westeros, but gender roles are very rigidly set. From religion to politics, the spectrum of male and female is highly delineated. They discuss Arya, Sansa, Cersei, Yara, Brienne, Sam, and more. Oh, and is the Game of Thrones finale anti-feminist?Louise is releasing guilt around spending money, and Renee lets go of comparison and impatience.
