In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, Drumma Jai talks about selling mixtapes at a car wash, dealing with prejudice in a small country town, making drums out of anything he could find, an impromptu trip to SXSW with Authentic Empire and more! Drumma Jai is the first producer guest on our show. He was born and raised in a small country town in N. Florida where he dealt with tons of prejudice as a bi-racial kid. After seeing the drumlins at FAMU, he immediately fell in love with the drums (no surprise based on his name). Believe it or not, Jai got his start DJing by after selling mixtapes out of his Tahoe that had enough sound system equipment for an arena concert. He made his way to ATL and DJ'd the club scene when he met Boomman and the Authentic Empire crew. With records on Foogiano and Euro Gotit's latest tapes, it is safe to say Drumma Jai is just getting started. In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, Woah talks about getting his start in radio and hosting parties, playing basketball with ATL music legends, transitioning to producer management, and his relationship with Rico Brooks! Woah manages a superstar roster of producers including Mexikodro, Tasha Catour, and many more. After getting his start hosting parties and working at a radio station in Alabama, he made his way back home to ATL and decided to pursue a career in music. He helped out with artists on the road, but ultimately found that managing producers was his true calling. In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, Kyle Campbell talks about the importance of finding mentors in music, why he loves management, getting his start by throwing parties during his time at Boston University, and starting a non-profit! Kyle Campbell aka CEO Kyle is an artist / producer manager and entrepreneur. He got his start in the industry by throwing parties on campus at BU and used his networking skills to land internships with BET, the Revels Group, and Blueprint Group. Kyle has learned how to navigate the music scene from mentors like Drake's tour manager / co-founder of the Revels Group, Jamil Davis, and Cortez Bryant who manages acts like Lil Nas X, T.I., Trippie Redd, and G-Eazy.  Most recently, Kyle created a non-profit called Project Go Dark that is focused on breaking down barriers to entering the music industry and hoping to usher in a new wave of young, black executives in the space. Keenon Rush is an East Atlanta rapper who found a passion for music after growing up in the church. He headed to boarding school in Tennessee and experienced cultural differences that helped him gain perspective as a young adult. Keenon got his start as a producer making music in college while playing football at Wake Forest University.
