39: STOP BINGE EATING & DRINKING WITH THIS MINDSET SHIFT

Ever heard of scarcity and abundance mindsets? I found out about the scarcity mindset last year, and unbeknownst to me, I discovered I was living my entire life in scarcity. I came from a place of lack: what I told myself I couldn’t eat and what I hadn’t achieved yet. I fixated on all of the things that I wasn’t. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired! When I recognized this pattern taking over my life, did the mindset work and decided to shift to abundance, I started seeing HUGE changes: I finally stopped binge eating, I started making progress on my body again, I could coach my clients through this shift so my business started to grow like no other! I no longer felt like a victim and finally felt in control, in the drivers seat and on top of my shit!! If I don’t like something in my life, I know I have the power to change it. Sure, I may have to get creative but THAT’S PART OF THE FUN!!!
