Hot Seat: How to avoid self-doubt after giving your best? (Kavita)
In this episode of The Habit Coach, Kavita asks Ashdin how to not self-doubt even after giving her best, with reference to exams.Ashdin suggests working on skill sets and changing some ways of preparing for the exams like using a recorder to record exams and play them back, or a technique called the memory palace, etc. Basically, a change of routine, learning the skill sets of high achievers, taking cues from already successful people, and transcending the boundaries of comfort and genetic ability, maybe that will help eliminate self-doubt.
