Russell J. Ramos was born New Bedford, Ma. He is the son of a Navy Illustrator and country born mom. He is one of five children who lived by the Atlantic Ocean in New England. After graduating from high school he studied Art and Communications with an additional study in Journalism. He's had the acting bug since he was a child which was sparked by a role in Stone Soup. His big chance came in a PBS special on whaling for American Experience and background on ABC's Body of Proof. Four years of varsity basketball and one year of varsity tennis.  Currently authoring “My Basketball Journal”, a memoir.  An avid tennis player and committed runner.

I created this site because I believe there are some wonderful, compassionate, lovely people out there with Harm OCD who do not know what it is and are living in fear that they are bad people. Growing up and living in New Bedford most of her life allowed her to build many personal and professional relationships which she now uses as a foundation to help her community especially those suffering from alcoholism or substance abuse.
