3 Mates Share Their Top 5 Core Values Pt 2 // VIDEO.

*This is part 2 of our core values episode. If you haven't yet heard part 1 in which Tye & Joey share their top 5 core values, I suggest tuning into that first. In this part 2, you will hear Brad's take as the boys continue to discuss the role that values & actions play in being a 'good man'. In the name of vulnerability, Brad (The Captain) has come together with 2 of his best mates Tye (Phoony) & Joey The Zoolander) for a series of episodes to tackle some of life’s big questions, topics & the tough stuff that we so often choose to battle in solitude. The aim is to inspire you to connect with your mates in vulnerability & hold space for each other on the foundation of unconditional love & support, whilst encouraging positive mental health. The boys feel so blessed to have the incredible friendship they do & it’s no coincidence that our depth of conversation has created such strength in our bond. This week they delve into the topic of CORE VALUES. To set the tone of the episode Brad shared a written piece on 'what it means to be a good man', eluding to the point that 'good men show up in the world according to their values, even or maybe more importantly, when the world isn't working in their favour'. As always, the lads were set a piece of homework to bring to the episode, & this week, their task was to define their top 5 core values & an action that aligned with all of those values to ensure they are showing up in the world that way.It was an honest & vulnerable conversation in which the 3 mates got real with the values that have challenged them & the importance of those in which they identified as their top 5. Enjoy another vulnerable episode full of valuable & actionable insight with the 3 mates.Be sure to follow the boys on socials @bradleyjdryburgh @joeplumb_ @phoony103Follow/Subscribe to the show on your platform of choice, leave a 5 star rating & kind review to help us reach new listeners & uplift others like yourself around the world.Big love xx Hosted on Acast. Dan Churchill: Start With The End In Mind.

Dan Churchill burst onto the scene as a contestant of Master Chef Australia in 2013. With a degree in strength & conditioning, Dan had a passion for health & fitness but that passion didn't live & die in the gym, it was well & truly alive in the kitchen too.Growing up with a family that loved food & enjoyed a healthy dose of Jamie Oliver on the evening tele, Dan had already self published his own cookbook without any professional training as a chef before his debut on the hit tv series. Whilst on the show, he realised he would have a short window to capitalise on the newfound attention, so without hesitation, his second cookbook was ready to hit shelves as soon as his time on the show came to an end. Moving with the power of social media & youtube, Dan dived head first into the content game & cooking has been his vehicle to have a positive impact on millions across the world. The now 33 year old has been living in NYC for several years, having created a number of businesses, an epic podcast & a following that has put him in the path of Hollywood's biggest celebrities as 'The Healthy Chef' we can't get enough of. I had the pleasure of meeting Dan in NYC last year & it comes as no surprise he is the superstar that he is his. We spoke about:- Starting with the end in mind.- The adversity you are bound to face along the road to success.- The power of authenticity & why you should be a pioneer not a follower.- The value of self improvement.- & much more, in this compelling conversation.Enjoy the episode & be sure to follow us on socials @bradleyjdryburgh @dan_churchill (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Follow/Subscribe to the show on your platform of choice, leave a 5 star rating & kind review to help us reach new listeners & uplift others like yourself around the world.Big love,Brad xx Hosted on Acast.
