CONSISTENT by Primal Potential
Elizabeth Benton
Why are we so stressed & overwhelmed? Why do we have clear & compelling goals but fail to reach them? How can we want to change so desperately yet make choices that keep us from that change? Because we keep focusing on the habits we want instead of building the skill of consistency that allows us to achieve them. Consistency is a skill. It's a superpower. It isn't one-size-fits all. It unlocks any door and makes every goal achievable. A more effective, realistic approach starts here.

643: Food Guilt, Family & Other Listener Questions
I love Saturday shows! Today we're talking food guilt, food sensitivity, family meals and so much more! Here are the specific questions from today's episode: I'm stressed out about my husband's disorganization! How do I overcome my reaction to it? Are the podcast episode notes available for early episodes? I am only on EP 021 and cannot find them on the app or online/website. I struggle with guilty eating. Not feeling guilty for what I eat but feeling guilty for NOT eating. Example: every Sunday my parents cook spaghetti and meat balls and dessert and my mother is a self proclaimed food pusher. Between the Italian in them and the catholic guilt, I feel guilty they take all this time and money to make a nice meal and it's not really something that loves me back. What do you recommend to someone who has lots of food sensitivities? I've hit a plateau - what advice do you have? Is it detrimental to constantly argue with yourself for positive thoughts? How did you grow your Primal Potential audience? https://primalpotential.com/643/ Hop on the wait list for the Fall 12 WT!

642: Are You Playing Small & Limiting Yourself?
Are you playing small? On today's episode I share with you a quote I first heard from Tim Ferriss: "The more labels you apply to yourself, the stupider you become." I'll amend it slightly to say: The more labels you apply to yourself, the smaller your life becomes. Labels limit you. I hear them every day. I'm an emotional eater. I'm an all-or-nothing person. I'm anxious. I'm a spender. I'm not an athlete. The reality is, you can choose to show up however you want to TODAY. You are not limited by yourself but you will be limited by the labels you cling to. If you want to step beyond these limits and into your potential, don't miss today's episode! https://primalpotential.com/642/
